A nut of the wheel ( écrou en français) was lost during the transportation and I did not receive a replacement by post as promissed. I paid the entire service but I did not receive it. :(
The shipping was supposed to take 2 to 5 working days. I ordered March 31 and received the parcel April 9. I was not able to ship the presents to my colleagues in time.

I liked the openess I experienced when talking to your support representative. He gave me immediately the feeling "don't worry, whatever is wrong, we will make it disappear". That's what one expects from an online buy where you cannot just go to a store to discuss.

A wonderful table. Stability, great bounce, and no issues putting together is among the reasons this is wonderful priced table. Looks like a professional table.

Quality of the materials is high
Quality of the materials is high. Instructions on paper could be better while instructions on video are top.
There is only one thing I would improve: instructions to install the table legs (it would be good to put a small label on table legs metal parts to quickly identify which metal part goes left or right, as they are quite similar).

Perfect delivery. Good quality, lots of fun. Not so easy to install, but once assembled it is fast to store away.

Great & high quality table
What to say? Everything was just perfect… the only issue was that we couldn’t get it earlier to enjoy playing table tennis with my kids during the Carnaval holidays … Thanks. Great sturdy product and “not so difficult” (even enjoying) to build….

Quality product
Quickly ordered and delivered.
Packaging is good, the product was well protected, all parts included.
Mounting the table is easy and takes about an hour for 2 persons.
The quality of the product is as expected from an established brand, good finish and robust enough for years of playing.
We are using it inside the garage on a relatively flat surface , feet adjustment was easy , we haven’t test it outside yet.
