Definitely a good choice if you want something playful but still made with fine jewellery standards, loved the distinctive style, perfect gift.

I needed assistance with my ring. Their customer service took care of everything. I am very grateful and happy for their excellent support. I would definitely recommend this company.

Had 2 rings to adjust, they said it would take 3 weeks to adjust it. It took 1 month and a half. When I received them back they were in 2 orange boxes while my original boxes were yellow and light blue. No one authorised this change. Poor CS, avoid this company.

My husband got me a necklace for my birthday which I loved. However the gold chain broke shortly after. After reaching out to them it took weeks to get a response re: replacement, and then I had to send my necklace back to europe. It’s additional weeks now that I haven’t heard from them and I keep following up to customer service. Very upset given I loved my necklace, and the price tag is not cheap. I would’ve expected better customer support.

I had been looking at one of Bea Bongiasca's pieces online as a gift, but I waited a bit too long to buy the piece, and it seemed that it was sold out.

Then I wrote them if it was possible to produce the piece again. Luckily, they had one piece from the shop left, as I understood it. Through the whole correspondence they were very helpful, regarding everything from shipping, packaging, and handling of the gift when I will receive it. They even put the pieces in preventive airtight acetate-bags as the gift will first be opened in August.

I can only recommend purchasing the wonderful jewellery from Bea Bongiasca!
