A super efficient company to deal with. Booked cars with Colin to and from Southampton cruise port. Drivers polite, well turned out, helpful and prompt . Cars modern and exceptionally clean. Used once before for a Heathrow trip. Equally efficient then. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service from start to finish, our driver was on time and it was an extremely comfortable journey to the airport. Upon arrival back in the uk we received a message giving us a meeting point, and again the journey home was absolutely spot on, I would gladly use again and recommend BEA to anyone looking for a 1st class company who operates with excellent drivers, very clean and comfortable vehicles.

Excellent service from start to finish!
All correspondence was fast clear and forthcoming.
On the day of departure our driver turned up early and was extremely friendly and helpful the whole way.
Had communication from driver as soon as we had landed back in the uk with easy conversation so we could find each other.

I paid upfront and in full prior to our trip. Unfortunately, communication with Colin was irrational once payment was made and our return trip wasn’t completed due to our flight being diverted to Luton airport. Colin said he couldn’t collect us as he had another pick up to do but would refund almost half of what we paid him to then receive a refund of only £50 of that trip. When I questioned Colin (once) that he had said £150 will be refunded on the phone, his immediate response via text was ‘please don’t book with us again’. I was in shock to this response as I only repeated what he had said to me on the phone. For this reason, I only rate 1 star for the irrational, unnecessary and unprofessional poor response. This isn’t how you treat your customers. We are a family with 3 children and was left stranded at the airport through no fault of our own. I will now only book with a taxi service that do keep an eye on your flight information and won’t leave you stranded, take your money and run.

Colin has now lied in his response saying I left a series of abrupt texts, I have the proof I didn’t. I sent 2 text message saying ‘Hi Colin, you said you was going to refund £150 to me on the phone’ and the 2nd text message ‘you definitely said £150’. So Colin, why lie? I will upload the photos of our very brief short texts on other review platforms that allow a photo to be uploaded. No need to lie Colin, especially when I can share the evidence.

I can not speak more highly of Colin and his team at BEA cars. We needed a large car to take 6 of us and all our luggage to Heathrow. Colin arrived promptly on the day, was friendly and got us to the airport in good time. Mel picked us up, he met us in the arrivals hall with no problems (despite our delayed flight). I thought it was really reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend and will be using them next time for sure.

The BEST luxury taxi service you could ever wish for. Have used BEA cars for a couple of times now and have always been provided the best service, communication and punctuality. Priced very reasonable for the service you receive. Can't wait to use them again. Will be telling everyone I know to use this company. thanks again for making our journey soo relaxing.

I was fortunate to use BAE Cars for a car to transfer My Daughter and myself to the Wedding venue, I also arranged with them a vehicle to transport the 5 bridesmaids my Wife and a photographer. Both appeared in good time and both drivers were as helpful as possible taking away the stress of arrival. There were problems with traffic but they overcame them, we were slightly late getting our act together but this didn't cause any issues with Colin and BEA cars. Thoroughly recommend them.

Highly recommend BEA Cars! We hired them to drive us roundtrip from Heathrow to Southampton. Colin provided great customer service with regards to email inquiries, and Melvin and Sam were on time, communicative, drivers. Prices very reasonable. ;)

Great service, friendly polite staff, and a wonderful experience. Our drivers Mel (to Heathrow), and Sam (return), we're chatty and friendly. Sam even accommodated our return flight being delayed by some 3 hours, and took care of some tired travellers well. Will definitely be our go to service from now on.

Colin and his co drivers from BEA cars arrived promptly. The cars were immaculate and when we had a broken down coach supplied by another company, colin went the extra mile and was happy to use his cars to start ferrying our guests to the church to keep everything running smoothly and on time. Very professional throughout and definitely saved the day. I would have no hesitation in booking this company to handle any transport requirements in the future.

A pre-Christmas visit to Highclere Castle (aka Downton Abbey) was a delight with Mel at the wheel of a swish Bentley. Certainly was the 'icing on the Christmas cake'. Thoroughly recommend for any special occasion or treat.
