Ordered the heart necklace and robot key ring. Both are really lovely and I think the heart necklace is so much prettier than the picture can show. I ordered on a Friday and items were received the following Tuesday. Both items came with a hand written note on what was in them. Excellent service and lovely items from a small and unique company, I will shop again, highly recommended.

I have made multiple purchases now, they are perfect presents and I love them so much I even bought myself a couple of the keyrings. I always receive my items in a short delivery time. I really like the details on the card that tells you what is in your product, such a great use of removing beach rubbish.

Personal service, great products - genuine re-used packaging. My first order went missing (we are having horrendous issues with post in my area) and a new order was sent without question and arrived in time for Christmas. Great little company to support.

Submitted an order, never received product. I placed the order before Thanksgiving after seeing on my Instagram. I experienced the same issue as the other buyer; label was created but no actual movement and never received the item. Seller was communicative (at first) after multiple emails, and offered to reship the item. I asked for tracking on the new shipment and she just completely stopped responding. I gave up and got a refund from my credit card company. "Shop", the platform, did not make it right and neither did this seller. Would not buy again!

I placed an order 10-24-2025. Haven't received it. Got an email saying it shipped. Tracking # just shows a label was created. No response to my email.

Love my necklace! It looks great and I'm happy it's made from recycled materials that have been removed from the beach. Keep up the great work

I ordered two key rings on November 28. On December 14, I received an email saying that the shipment was on its way. Then nothing. No update to the tracking, no response to emails. Nothing.

Edited February 2026: I received an email from the admin at Beachcleaned apologizing for the delay and they sent new key rings. I'm not sure what happened the first time (or why my earlier emails were apparently not received), but I was pleased they made an effort to make it right. I changed my rating to 3 stars.

I ordered a necklace from this company as a Christmas gift on 24th of November 2025. I didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, so I messaged them on 8th of December on both social media and email.

On social media, they told me they are gonna send it tomorrow. Through email they told me they already sent it on Friday the 5th. Through the email, I already requested the refund in case it was not sent yet, as it won't arrive before Christmas.

They claimed they indeed sent it and confused me with someone else on social media.

It arrived only today and the date on the package is the 8th, so they lied about sending it when I messaged them. When I confronted them again, they claimed they sent me 2 packages in case it doesn't arrive??

The shipping is also very high (12 euros) for untracked envelope from the UK to the Netherlands. It arrived marked as "gift" which is illegal to do when it is sales of goods.
