Have to be Scammers: Sadly I have been involved with this…

Sadly I have been involved with this Company (via various reincarnations)since I got rid of my timeshare in 2018. They told me all the holiday opportunities I was due with 'interval international' who worked alongside Bluetree where I had my timeshare (in Florida) would be 'honoured'.
I was fooled at first and since then I have been paying money to various companies under different names all dealing with the same basic transactions. This is the more recent one I have paid money to - Beach Travel. (always to a company based in Spain).
Today I reached the end of my tether as despite having told me in January that I had made a last upfront payment and I would only need to pay a 'concierge fee' annually, they now say in order to stop anyone pestering me (as they said in January) I had to make another up front payment. This was for the accommodation (previously apparently it was for the 'travel account') and they were sorry but forgot to tell me about this one in January! One or two of them have been really nice but others are aggressive and unsympathetic especially when you are going through recent tragedies. So they wanted £693 this time to cover the 15 weeks I was due in order to finalise. When I said no they said they would try to reduce it but - don't bother said I as they would never get it down to zero and that was the only amount I wanted to hear! If I write them a letter they say I will only receive the contract back at me which as far as I can tell will go on and on in perpetuity. When I tried once to book a holiday as many of your reviewers have said I was given options that were more expensive and sub standard I found out when I booked with the hotel direct!? I have never taken advantage of any of these weeks which of course is 'silly as I am owed a lot of money say they' I just want it all to stop NOW. I want to know how I can get help with this so if anyone has found out and pursued, do somehow let me know in a general way of course I am not using this as a messaging platform but please note you may not know it is Beach Travel until you pay so be clear who the company say they are - especially 'exclusive weeks' I want people to know NOT TO USE THEM!!

I'm sure there are a lot of us in the same position here !
MISSOLD holiday vouchers and deals and promises by Beachtravels for varying amounts of money and then constantly receiving 2 phonecalls a day to attempt to get us to part with even more money. This company should NOT be allowed to literally ROB people! Not anywhere has anyone actually been able to use the "offers".
I also have tried to " book" only to find the supplement costs higher than I myself can book direct with companies. I travel 3/5 holidays every year and not once has BEACHTRAVEL or their latest SCAM company been able to accommodate their vouchers to be used. I'm not fussy about where I go or stay, just simply want to use the offers that I have been sold !!!

I was sold an absolute lie

I was sold an absolute lie. If I bought the £250 holiday offer I could choose anywhere for 7 days and pay next to nothing. I have paid for this and have saved about £10. Do not fall for it. Complete con.

Horrible experience... Total Loss!

Horrible experience... 0 star is the real rating.
Not only they are a waste of our money, but they are also a waste of our time!!!
When we told them to go ahead with a hotel they proposed, they said their system was down and going through a change. 3 days later, they say the system is now updated, but the hotel room is gone... And they offer an alternative at a rate which is even more expensive than booking dot com.... Therefore, all the money we paid them is a waste... And all the time they took from us is a waste.... And the amount of calls they make trying to sell more things or upgrade is incredible... (trying to suck more money out of customers).
You should certainly avoid them.
If I can get a lawyer to get me the payment I already made to them, Ill be doing that, and I'll block this company forever.
Therefore, save yourself the hassle and walk away from them.

Absolute scam, like most on Facebook

Saw an ad on Facebook for a three night holiday in The Cotswolds with Booksiebreaks. After talking to them, was told that we were not qualified to take it AFTER paying out £150 but they would upgrade us to seven nights and sent us over to Beach Travels for a BETTER deal.

Speaking to Beach Travels, we were told we would need to pay a supplement, depending on the holiday we wanted. I made it clear we wanted a UK holiday because of our little dog. Their website is a complete joke, as many of you will have found. We now find that we have to deal with another company, Horizon Travel. We have no truck with them at all, the UK holidays they have found us are very good prices but our £150 deposite seems to have disappeared into the ether.

After being passed around and being involved with three different companies, we have now decided to elevate our complaint to the Ombudsman, as it appears this company are getting lots of deposits but provide nothing. If necessary, we will issue a claim through the the Small Claims procedure and make these people famous.

Just told them to stick their holidays…

Just told them to stick their holidays and the £180 voucher I bought, up their effing arse. I tried to get a few days booked in Paris and was given 3 options, all with at least a £400 supplement on top. I decided to not take it. I finally decided to ask for a refund of my money after getting numerous calls to my home every day. I told them I didn't want to pay extra charges and just wanted a refund. They said they don't give refunds. Scammers and con artists. Beware.

I was contacted after I took the Booksi…

I was contacted after I took the Booksi Break and offered greatly discounted holidays. When I tried to book a week away I had yo pay £620. The online price was £640. By this time, I had paid them over £1500. Each time they phoned me, I was asked to upgrade my package and to date have paid £2500. I was called again today and asked to upgrade. The last time I ‘upgraded’ I was told I had the full package which opened up all the resorts to me. I tried to use a week in Europe. I was told previously that with the package I had, I could go to a 5* hotel. My accommodation would be free and I just had to pay for the food package. This wasn't true. When I tried to book it, I was passed on to a travel agent who got me a minimal discount.
I challenged the man who phoned me today wanting yet another upgrade. I told him this was a scam and I wasn’t giving them anymore money. He said I was in the 1% of clients and not paying would affect me ability to book. He said I have had a holiday on them. I told him that I paid for that holiday. He reminded me that I got a discount - £20 when I’ve given them £2500. I am really unhappy. I couldn't afford to pay all that money but did it because I thought I would get 5 weeks holiday which is helpful as my husband has dementia and holidaying can be difficult.

Avoid at all cost!

Avoid at all cost!
Mis sold holiday vouchers, told that you could book promotional breaks with the vouchers and they had numerous 4 and 5 star resorts and also a number in the UK. 2 years later still no UK properties or 4 and 5 star. They won't give a refund, they harass you with numerous phone calls more than 10 in a week, aggressive and misleading sales tactics. They need investigating as clearly many people have been misinformed and mis-sold

I totally agree with the reviews which say this is very much a scam
I paid money for what was supposed to be a stay in hotel in Scotland and the company never confirmed this When I queried it they said a mistake had been made and it hadn’t been booked.
I asked for my money back as I felt this was a con. I asked many times for my money back and was told it was not possible
Basically you pay them money and they say if you find a holiday you want they can get you a good deal which is pointless as you can do this yourself very easily
Please do not pay money to this company it is really a scam

Beach Travels have flagged my reviews on Trust Pilot as "defamatory". Trust Pilot have assessed those reviews and have determined that they are NOT defamatory and so will remain. Beach Travels have now asked for further information at least ten times. I have e-mailed them with FULL details on three occasions: 12.9.24; 24.9.24 & 2.10.24!

Took out a holiday last year costing…

Took out a holiday last year costing over £200.00 but never got to use it. But was pestered day in day out with phone calls asking when I was going to book a holiday. So time ran out so after receiving numerous phone calls from Beach Travels,I stupidly took out another voucher for £359.00 to be used within 3 years. Since the beginning of January i have been unindated with phone calls three to four times a week, twice a day, asking to upgrade and when am I taking the holidays. Today I let rip and have demanded my £359.00 returned as this is harassment. They have totally refused to give my money back. And said phone calls will stop. I am seeking to take this further for a refund. DO NOTUSE THIS COMPANY.

This company are very close to be a…

This company are very close to be a scam let me explain. They sold me a £492.00 voucher that can be used within 3 years. They told me they have more hotels than booking.com they said I could use there promotions holiday or there supplement holidays.
Now I tried to book a promotional holiday soon after I bought the voucher which was August 2024, they didn't have any hotels for May 2025 (I didnt know at the time they onlky had one but hadnt renewed the contract for 2025). So I tried to book there Supplement Thinking I could use the voucher. It doesn't work like that. I cannot use the voucher as a supplement. All the supplement means is they put you onto a small time agent who goes online to get the same deal that I can get myself. So I can't use the supplement and I can't use the voucher. I ask for my money back as they cannot fulfil their obligations to me and they refused point blank.
BTW they only have one hotel in Europe (which they cannot book today 7/1/2025 for a booking in May 2025) and the hotel has the worst reviews on trip advisor. this is not a joke. I suggest that you do not give them your money.
