Smooth customer experience, they serviced car for free and gave a good deal. When a minor issue arose with the car close to the end of warranty period they covered the amount no questions asked.

Car was a bit of a diamond in the rough. Was forced to do a trustpilot review before I left, very poor valet when I arrived to take car away. A month on still haven't had the V5 arrive, so I will... See more

🚫😣⭐ Review

🚫😣⭐ Review – Beadlow Motors

I purchased a car from Beadlow Motors through a finance company on 10/04/2026, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

On the same day I collected the car, I noticed several issues and raised them with the dealer. I was told the car had just been serviced and that the problems (including noise) would disappear after driving. Trusting this advice, I proceeded with the purchase.

However, within a few days, the car began to vibrate and jerk while driving, especially during acceleration and stop-start conditions. Due to these faults, I contacted the finance company on 21/04/2026 and arranged to return the vehicle.

I had paid a £2,000 deposit, but after multiple calls and messages, only £1,800 was refunded, with £200 deducted.

I strongly dispute this deduction for the following reasons:
• On the day of collection, a switch/button in the car broke and fell inside with normal use
• The dealer is located in a rural area, requiring me to travel approximately 62 miles each way, and I made multiple trips
• Total mileage I drove was around 386 miles, yet the dealer claimed I drove 900 miles, which is incorrect
• I was also told the car was “not washed” and was initially charged £300, later reduced to £200 after I challenged it

Additionally, the location is not a typical showroom but more of a mechanic-style garage, which I was not expecting.

Overall, I feel this situation was handled unfairly. I returned the car due to genuine faults, yet I still incurred a financial loss.

❗ I would advise others to be very cautious, thoroughly inspect any vehicle, and not rely solely on verbal assurances.

Sold a dangerous car

They sold us a car as roadworthy. Car broke down on return home. Found clutch cable has been replaced with electrical wire and the gear box was not original to the vehicle. Suspension springs and shocks were installed upside down. Coil packs and spark plugs also knackered.

Glad no one died trying to get this back. Had to go to local garage on Hampshire to make the car safe to drive on the road.

Rude and does not service cars before…

Sales faulty cars with Fake mots. Clears engine check light errors just for you to take the car and reject to take back when you discover the faults. Rejects faulty vehicles and very rude attitude towards customers. Avoid at all cost.

Do NOT buy a car from this cowboy outfit

Avoid this company for any car purchase, I recently purchased a Volvo V40 through Zuto finance from these cowboys. The car was advertised with 83k on the clock and on collection it had 88k, leaving me with only 4000 miles until cam belt change.

On collection my car wasn't even cleaned and only had 40 miles of fuel in the tank. It had failed an MOT for dangerous tyres just 5 days before collecting the car. Driving home and what I thought was wheel bearings turned out to be worn front and rear tyres that were illegal, cracked and out of shape. I contacted the zuto finance to speak with the manager of this chopshop set up and told they were very rude and would not help.

I booked my car in for a health check and found further issues with driveshaft boots split, worn mounts to many other issues to list. The car should never have past an MOT in this condition, so have also reported the dodgy MOT tester these muppets are paying to push cars through MOT in a dangerous condition.

They advertise as AA approved vehicles, I wish I could upload my inspection report for you all to read.

Initial outlay for vehicle £5995, within the first week i've had to spend a further £1500 due to the falso information these used for the advertisement.

School boy error, as I should have had a pre inspection of the car completed first. Reading other reviews very similar to my experience and I also still haven't received my logbook.

This place should be closed down!!!

My 17 plate Micra had to go back to…

My 17 plate Micra had to go back to this company twice with braking problems, wirhin the first 2.months. the second time was because my brakes gave out completely 5 days after collecting it back from them. Very lucky to be alive, was the comment from the AA breakdown engineer. Car went back. Was offered a refund or repair. I wanted them to put this right. There are not getting away with this. I now have my car back with completely worn away brakes front and rear. And only 3 bolts in each wheel. No locking wheels nuts. Wtf. My solicitors will now be contacting them.
