Smooth customer experience, they serviced car for free and gave a good deal. When a minor issue arose with the car close to the end of warranty period they covered the amount no questions asked.

Car was a bit of a diamond in the rough. Was forced to do a trustpilot review before I left, very poor valet when I arrived to take car away. A month on still haven't had the V5 arrive, so I will... See more

Very dodgy company

Very dodgy company. Do not use! Travelled a long way to test drive a car which had obviously been sat rusting for months. They were happy to let my 20year old daughter test drive it without insurance or asking for her driving licence. Car wouldn't start. Left quickly.
5 star reviews are clearly fabricated by their mates.

**WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS - ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE**

I recently made the grave mistake of purchasing a blue VW Golf (Reg: VJZ 2723) from this disgraceful excuse for a car dealership. What followed was a catastrophic chain of deceit and utter incompetence.

**HORRIFIC CAR QUALITY:**
1. **Paintwork Disaster:** Within days of purchase, a simple jet wash revealed the paintwork peeling off in chunks. This car was clearly a shoddy refurb.
2. **Blatant False Advertising:** The multimedia display was a blatant lie – it didn’t work at all.
3. **Dangerous Malfunction:** The adaptive cruise control was faulty and kept switching off, making the car a hazard on the road.
4. **Pathetic Fuel Situation:** They sold me the car with only 20 miles of fuel in the tank. Who in their right mind does this?
5. **Concealed Rust:** A bodywork technician uncovered rust above the left back wheel arch, cunningly hidden with filler and a thin layer of paint.

**ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE:**
When I called Ali/Usman, they were beyond rude. They gaslighted me, accusing me of inventing problems and claiming I would never be satisfied with any car. They had the audacity to hang up on me, demanded I text them instead, and then completely ignored my messages.

**EXCRUCIATING REFUND PROCESS:**
Returning the car was a nightmare. They were obnoxiously rude and insisted I wait 14 days for a refund, despite my payment being via bank transfer. After several threats and relentless arguing, they begrudgingly refunded me but deducted £150 for mileage at 50p a mile – something I NEVER agreed to. I had to fight tooth and nail just to retrieve MY OWN MONEY.

**DELIBERATE SCAMMING:**
As if the experience couldn't get any worse, they immediately relisted the SAME defective vehicle on Auto Trader within hours of refunding me. The next unfortunate buyer will unknowingly fall into the same trap.

This has been the most appalling experience of my life. These individuals are not just scammers – they are predators. They should be shut down and banned from ever operating a business again. Avoid these con artists like the plague. I wouldn’t wish this horrendous ordeal on my worst enemy.

Absolutely shocking…

Honestly if you could do 0 stars I would!! My partner bought a Kia proceed from these guys in May, upon inspection of the car, he noticed that there was a noise coming from the engine. The guy advised him to leave it with him for the day and come back tomorrow and the car will be okay again. They had replaced the drive belt and said the vehicle was okay… it was not. He ended up taking it back about three weeks later under warranty (bearing in mind my partner does not do much mileage) and it has been with them since, at this point, we are currently in early August. It was sent to 3 different garages for diagnosis before the third garage told the dealer that the Conrod was broken in the engine!! The dealer told my partner and his mum that this would be fixed under warranty and there would be no charge. We came back from holiday and called the guys working on the car and they said it was good to collect so we called the dealer just to confirm everything was all okay and he told us we now had to pay £500 for a service, that we didn’t ask for!! So not only did they sell a faulty car, he then tried to sting us with a £500 service bill, and when questioned why he didn’t gain authority to do the service before he carried it out, he didn’t have an answer!! He was incredibly rude to me and spoke down on me a lot when I was trying to get answers! Absolute shower of 💩 this dealer is, 100% would not recommend! They are happy to take your money but won’t talk to you if you have an issue and have warranty!!!

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. The worst company I’ve ever encountered, i bought an automatic car from them 2 months ago, the car stoped last week and AA said it was the clutch. The engineer says it’s something the probably knew about. I called today to ask and the guy hanged up on me and when I called back he says he doesn’t need to answer any of my questions he doesn’t work for me and hanged up again. All I wanted to ask is if there’s anything they can help me with or maybe if I still have a guarantee. He was rude and very disrespectful. Worst company ever,i wouldn’t trust them at all
