I was hesitant to try this but I’m definitely glad I did! Once I compiled my resume how I wanted it, there was advice on how I could make it even stronger with pointers so I could re-write it in my own words. It even let me enter the information on the specific job application so it could show me how to tailor my resume to each application.
I had some issues with the subscription payment and sent them an email and Daniel got back to me the same day and corrected the issue immediately even though they were not responsible for the issue occurring.

The resume formats offered are extremely user-friendly and esthetically pleasing. I love that they offer a variety of formats to save your resume (Word doc, PDF, etc.) I would utilize beamjobs.com everytime I need to keep my resume fresh and current. Made a workable Resume in no time, no adds no issues. Everything was seamless. Downloading and uploading to other websites was no problem either. That's all great but what really stood out was I forgot to cancel my sub before time ran out and emailed them. I was expecting the runaround and usual nonsense when canceling a subscription. But Daniel Mays emailed me back relatively quickly, told me it was canceled and was polite about it. Honestly, I don't plan on using a resume website at all, like when I get a job I don't want to see yall again 🤣🤣 But the way everything was handled I'll be back for sure and will definitely recommend. User interface is neat and pretty helpful, but I only clicked on this link because it said "FREE" resume builder, and then at the end it tried to charge me money. False advertising, and a complete waste of time. There is nothing this sight can do that a different source can't do for free.

Beam Jobs is very user-friendly and helpful. I ran into an issue with my account, and Daniel was quick, efficient, and extremely helpful in resolving it.

I built a great resume, but then got a great promotion at my current employer. I no longer needed the resume or the service and cancelled via the website. I was charged several months after the fact, and they were fair enough to refund me all but one of the charges. I'd have given 5 stars if all the payments had been returned.
