Wrong color cover was sent

Wrong color cover was sent. I sent an email concerning this, especially as it was a gift that was being given the following week, but received no reply.

Had previously sent messages via the website and also received no reply.

Everything shipped on time

Everything shipped on time, and in good order. Once we opened the bean bag chair on Christmas, we were so happy with the materials and method of packaging. The kids had a blast "beating up" the stuffing. It was MUCH larger than we anticipated which made it even more fun. The cover is well-made and very durable. Excited to get lots of use out of it! THANK YOU!

Big, heavy, and FUN

The bean bag is loved by the person I gifted it to. It was much bigger than I expected and the green was a very very light green. It’s heavy, and while it has no off gassing odor, it does have a slight latex? odor when your lying in it, but nothing noxious. Very fun to jump on it and watch it expand with each day. Also with a fluff it changes shape and can be in many different shapes- for sitting up with back support, lying down etc. Comfortable and big enough for two medium size adults to sit on. I like the environmentally friendly aspect of the materials.

My bag came quickly and exceeded my…

My bag came quickly and exceeded my expectations! It's huge and full and doesn't compress too much from use. It really only took 24 hours after taking it out of the packaging for it to fully expand with no manipulation on my part. My only complaint is there's a little bit of a weird odor coming from the filling that I hope dissipates shortly, but is still present after two weeks. I would buy again.

The bean bag is great, but be careful if unpackaging!

The bean bag is great and true to form. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that we were not expecting to unwrap it and have loose filling on the outside of the interior liner that got all over the space we were setting it up in…. Super hard to clean up and feel we will have it lingering for some time. Why does that happen??

7ft beanbag chair

The order I placed was for the 7ft beanbag with the navy outer cover and I only received the stuffing when it was delivered and not the cover that should have been included. I reached out 3 times to the manufacturer and have not received any reply.

Horrible Customer Service

I was excited to order my six foot bean bag chair and the order came in such a prompt fashion. The order comes in two parts, one is the filling and the other is the cover. The cover’s cover is a plastic with a flap over adhesive that was opened. On top of that it looks like the cover was dragged through paper and cardboard and left shards/debris residue.

I emailed the company and asked them to replace it, however the initial response was that is how the cover usual comes. Please note that this initial reply from the company was three days later. So I replied asking them if the integrity on the adhesive matters and are all covers dusty and dirty. They didn’t replay for another two days and said they would replace it. They didn’t answer the integrity and cleanliness question. I told them my address/order number and if they can ship it quickly and now they have ghosted me. I have no received a reply to my request to replace in over two weeks.

In my journey to actually speak to an agent, their phone number listed on their website doesn’t work. Also, the emails provided by the Lumaland website (I used all three) never receive a response.

Please note that for a product made in the USA, the customer service representatives are based in either Denmark or Germany as they have a .de at the of their emails. But probably won’t respond to your emails anyway.

So a bit disappointing but I hope my credit card company will help me with my dispute. Would have loved to see this product in action.

Processing a Return as been an Adventure...

Was sent the wrong color bean bag cover. And it had been a hassle to say the least to get a return & exchange processed.

I understand that this is a small business, but 3 and 4 days between replies from your "customer service liaison" is a bit excessive.

Surpassed our expectations

Surpassed our expectations! We have had large bean bags in the past and thought we knew what to expect. BUT this bean bag is by far superior to the others we have had. It is 10x fluffier than any bean bag that we have had. It took our children 20 minutes to unpack and loosen the stuffing and kept getting larger and expanding for the next few days! Our family loves it!
