This company is a complete scam. Initially I read really positive reviews to later learn that they were both false and engineered. The instructions are of poor English and the machine itself is made in China. Avoid like the plague. Its a scam

I can not encourage you enough to not order from this company. Just trying to receive my goods has been a constant back and forth with the customer service consistently sending a pre written reply that tells you to wait patiently for 5-7 working days regardless that it has well passed the patiently waiting time by 2 weeks and regardless of what I am writing they continue to send the pre written reply despite me asking questions about cancelling the order. If it is this difficult to receive said item I can’t imagine how difficult it will be if you have an issue with an item.

My machine worked fine for the first 6 months then it started leaking water where it shouldn't. I don't rate electrical appliances that leak water, so I emailed and customer services sent some very unclear videos of how to fix it myself. They completely shunned my request for a replacement, repair or partial refund.

Absolutely terrible - steamer not working, numerous emails - they sent a video in Chinese! Ridiculous return policy to China and also have to pay duties. They also promised a partial refund - it never happened. DO NOT USE! I have also sent a message to BBC Watchdog about them.

The delivery took ages, then I realised the company was entirely in China. Their customer service is dreadful. I decided not to accept delivery as I became skeptical. It took over a month for a refund after contracting numerous times and they deducted £30.
