We run a small fine dining restaurant Silk House Dining in Kent where we serve premium produce. We were looking for top quality artisanal coffee. We called in to meet the team near Bewl Water and get some advice. Super helpful, and we brought in our own grinder to to do a few checks on optimum grind and tasting. We now stock their coffee exclusively and pick it up in person so we know the whole team now. Fantastic quality, a variety of different beans, super fresh.

Superb coffee, such great flavours and roast dates are absolutely superb. I made a mistake on my last order and missed off a 250g bag of whole beans for Christmas. Contacted Bean Smitten and received an instant reply with a solution to the issue. Can't really ask for more than that..... Super coffee from a super company. Thank you Bean Smitten

Nice website, good service and nice with their replies in the emails.
I ordered 5 bags of whole beans from Bean Smitten and they were delivered on time with free postage wich was great. I did however, forget to properly read the roasting policy of the company..
Received my order and some of the beans were roasted 3 weeks ago (1). Others 8 days ago (3) and the last bag 10 days ago. This was slightly disappointing as ordering from a smaller company local to yourself would make you hope the roasting date would be much closer to the ordering date.

Coffee is okay but won't order again

1st time using Bean Smitten and very impressed, high quality, award winning coffee at great prices with quick delivery.Whats not to like.
We went for the Classic Blend and loved it. Just ordered our second bag today!!!!

The current Ethiopian - Mustefa Abakeno Lot 18 is amazing. Haven't opened the Rwanda Ibisi yet but past beans have also been delicious . Have always bought single origin and always beautifully and carefully roasted so that they are both rich, have intense flavour notes but smooth. Always changing and with new beans to try regularly but always prepared with great skill and care. We have tried lots but Bean Smitten are the best coffee suppliers bar none and the most consistent quality of any supplier we have tried.

I love this place. They are always so friendly and knowledgeable. Most of all, the coffee is delicious. I‘ll never go back to supermarket bought coffee. A great opportunity to try different coffees and really taste them.
I’ve become a little bit obsessed.
Easy to order and collect or receive in the post. Or when open, a treat to visit the roastery.
