My experience during this application thankfully didn’t meet my expectations. I was prepared to share my portfolio and grades, however being asked about personal experiences and my own worldview and actions created a sense of warmth and eased my worries of presenting perfection.

As a job hunter, this process was a thing sent from the cosmos. It's lovely, and everyone should use it. People everywhere are now paralyzed by the job hunting process because writing cover letters are an antiquated form of torture, and the cat's out of the bag that we are all in some way discriminated against in the hiring process. Either because we are of a marginalized identity OR because we're not. You really can't win. Applying for jobs is exhausting, and this process made it so much more breezy because it took the fear out of being immediately written off before our application is even viewed.

Decent questions and well-explained process, albeit the link to the detailed job sepc would have been easier if they actually provided the link.
