My son wears your Bearefoot shoes. Adores them,He's in Switzerland at present with his family and has expressed how comfortable they are. I ordered my pair. Silly me,I ordered the wrong size. The website stated that I could return them,unworn,and you would post back a pair the size I require and send me a label to return the too small a pair. I am yet to hear from you. I gather,from a few reviews that the shoes, take longer to arrive than you advise. But I am patient. I really look forward to receiving the information to return these and have an exchange. I have not even tried them on. Thank you

So far so good. My first pair of shoes arrived too small. But Bearefoot has been exceptional in making the situation correct. The small shoes looked great and appeared to be good quality. Im excited to get the bigger size so I can give a more in-depth review.

I'm a personal trainer and I'm on my feet all day long. I'm dealing with multiple injuries and back pain from over the years and I've tried just about every brand of shoe there is. Since my barefoot shoes came in I've barely worn anything else on my feet. Back feels better. My gait has improved. And yes, I where them the whole time I'm at the gym. 530 am to 4 pm. Highly highly recommend these shoes!

I ordered 2 pairs but by mistake one pair too small. The whole tracking of the shipment was not existing...suddenly the shipment was dropped without communicating at my home.

Secondly since I contacted "team" and "support" but not ONE response. The whole customer relationship management is a whole disappointment and whatever product you buy....the real value comes with CRM. I strongly recommend not to purchase any goods even the promotion is advertised with high discounts.

Promotions and emails with advertising arrived almost twice a week but 0 response on emails I wrote.

The delivery took quite a while as I did not realise that this company was based outside of South Africa. The shoes themselves are however very comfortable with a lovely rubber sole which makes them great for training.

JUST RECEIVED THE 2 PAIR I ORDERED HOWEVER NOT THE SIZES I ORDERED! NOW I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING COSTS IF I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I CAN EXCHAGE BUT WHY WOULD I IF I'M GOING TO GET SIZES I DIDN'T ORDER. I'VE BEEN SCAMMED!!

I absolutely love all the bearefoot shoes I have bought! The quality of the shoe is exceptional. Fits amazing! The Customer Service is unremarkable. I refer this company to everybody.

I was slightly pessimistic, but I still ordered a pair. Besides long walks on pavement (5km or more), I barely even noticed I had feet lol. I did a 5km hike in a forest last weekend and didn't feel a thing. My feet are in love! I already have a second pair.

I was unaware of the delivery time to SA, the size i received and ordered is unfortunately just too small, can you please advise as to the process i follow to return these for a larger size.

Everything from ordering to shipping was easy. The shoes fit perfectly ( they are right about ordering slightly larger size than usual). They are so comfortable!! I plan to order another pair in another color.

Absolutely madly truly Love my pair! (Goassamere's) - I'm a very finicky person and shoes are Always a problem - also for my shape and IT FITS LIKE "A GLASS SLIPPER" :) I'm impressed & highly satisfied.
My parents are never phased by anything new regardless of science - They each ordered a pair! (each, their own category).

I looked at these shoes for a long time because there are so many different brands out there. I was amazed at how comfortable they they are, didn't want to take them off. The only negative comment I would have is that it took a long time to receive them, they shop very slow.

Really enjoy these shoes I got 2 different ones one pair was for my mom I thing we got the roamers and I forgot the other ones name but they kinda look like vans but these shoes are by far the most comfortable and lightweight shoe I have ever had I read the comments before buying and had to see what people were talking about and now I can see why definitely feels like walking on clouds without fatigue I wear them all day and choose these over my 350 dollar redwing boots at the moment I also got the transition soles and put them in with the soles it came with for superior comfort highly recommended!

These are fantastic shoes and a brilliant company to deal with. I mistakenly ordered my exact size, even though the website suggests that you size up. They were too small when they arrived! I contacted the company and they immediately sent out a replacement pair a size bigger - their suggestion. I haven't received them yet, but based on the quality of the mistaken order, I know they're going to be good. Great quality, really good style, great range. I'm stoked.

The right shoe is perfect. The left one is curved in and is bigger than the right. Don’t fit quite right

Awesome shoes. Used for Practitioner use to ground myself whilst working. Look cool, very comfortable and a decent price. Order was around 1 and a half weeks to arrive. Respecting they came in from overseas, that's pretty amazing service. Worth the purchase!

Shoes were the wrong size as recommended by the size guide as I have larger Feet. However, their customer service and approach is very valuable. Would recommend the company as they are now.

I ordered these shoes after trying my sister’s shoes the size 41 fit me perfectly. I normally take a 42 so following your sizing guidelines, I trusted that 41 would fit me fine. The only thing is that the top of the shoe that I ordered is like a stocking and it’s not elastic enough to allow my high arch to go into the shoe if I could get my foot into the shoe it would fit perfect but the way the top is finished off you you need to have almost flat feet to get into that size of knit opening so I was very disappointed and I was pretty sure that I was asking for a refund, but I just recently got a notice that another pair of the same shoes is being shipped to me and they won’t fit either because of the way the the top of the shoe is finished and I don’t believe one size bigger would help I would need a different style with a wider opening to put your foot in

These shoes are fantastic literally like walking without shoes,so comfortable. Have already ordered a pair for my wife and a second pair for me.10out of10
