Love the product. So happy with it. So durable. Better than many other shoes I've owned. Shipping was really slow, but that was the only issue.

I love them, such a basic idea and yet they really work!

Love my Bearfeet shoes! For the money these shoes are great value, and the fact they are affordable and good for me to wear is a win-win. I cannot say enough about the team they have, communication of orders, and especially when my first pair didn't fit, they responded so quickly and the replacement pair came almost immediately!

These shoes are very comfortable and give great ground stimulation when worn outside.

I have received my shoes from Bearefoot however they do not fit. Currently getting no response from, despite emailing several times. All companies need a good fast return system.
Some response now but not full payment.

Just received my Grover’s a few days ago, tried them out and absolutely love them. Service was seemless. Would gladly recommend Bearfoot to anyone wishing to have their feet feel young again!

A little tight… it would be good to have a little space because I don’t want to go a size up and be too loose just want the right fit

The vibrant turquoise colors/design, the fit is PERFECT! I had to wait a few days to wear them and make sure that the fit was right. I wear a 10.5/11M depending on the manufacturer. I ordered the 11. The fit had my toes touching the end, and typically, that’s too tight. However, the materials are so soft and forgiving that they fit like a soft goatskin glove even after wearing them two days in a row for a few hours. I was a bit skeptical at first because they’re so lightweight and thin souls, I was expected that I’d feel every pebble, but the insole provides total comfort and enough support for me. I’ve received many compliments from both men and women. Highly recommended!

They’re so much wider than average trainers - after years of struggling I’ve finally found a comfortable trainer for my wide feet. I’m so relieved! I just wish I’d bought my actual size and not slightly bigger as advised

I purchased a pair of Bearefoot shoes which started falling apart after only a few weeks of normal use. The sole began separating from the shoe, which is not what I would expect from a product marketed as durable footwear.

To Bearefoot’s credit, they acknowledged the issue and offered a replacement pair. However, despite the shoes being defective, they required me to pay a $15 reshipment fee to receive the replacement.

When I questioned this, I was repeatedly referred to a 30-day policy and told that because the shoes had been worn and the issue was reported more than 30 days after delivery, they would not provide a free replacement or refund.

In my view, a manufacturing defect that becomes apparent during normal use should not result in additional costs for the customer. A shoe that fails after a few weeks should be replaced without extra charges.

While customer service responded promptly, I am disappointed by the way this issue was handled and cannot recommend the company based on my experience.

Great shoes but you need to order one size bigger. Shoes are beautiful and very comfortable!

Very comfortable shoes. I have 3 pairs for different reasons and all do well wearing them all day. I would say the sizes seem small so I and yo exchange a pair for a larger size but the process was very easy.

I absoluteley LOVE these shoes! If you could make these shoes in more color options and designs for men, i would defintwely be purchasing more, as well as a couple of my friends. Anxiously awaiting more designs.

Fast delivery. Shoes feel great. Fits a bit small so need to order up a size. Returns are super easy.

Bought shoes for 3 people with some foot problems. I am surprised to find out how well they have helped with some of discomfort we’ve all had for several years. We wear them every day, time will tell

This company make very cheap Chinese knock offs of actual bare foot shoes. Poor materials and quality, shipping takes 2 weeks to get here from China, and when you return the shoes you have to pay for shipping back to china and can only return the shoe, not the insoles, even if you didn’t take them out of the packaging. I spent 100$ on shoes and got 60$ back for my “refund”. The company is a SCAM.
