Ordered paid for 3 day ship got iodates for weeks now nothing no updates no item rip iff

The two piece white-set I paid for was absolute trash I’ve wasted £47 on it .i can’t get them to refund my money .please please please don’t make a purchase from this company .
The Quality is so very poor, I wouldn’t even put it on my back .
It’s not even worth the one star I have to click on .

Absolute garbage of customer service. I ordered some tank tops and shirts in April and have yet to receive part of my order. When I contacted customer service they did NOTHING and told me to track the package with USPS. Save your money these people are a joke.

This short worth 1$ in China
They sell it to you $40

It’s pure marketing , they take photos of model and they photoshop the product

Horrible quality , cheap fabric . Small pocket : nothing can fit inside

If someone would have give me go free , I would have say no
Bad quality , loose waist , too wide , very very cheap fabrics
Even a beggar in the street would be ashamed to wear this

Waited 7 weeks for delivery which I understand due to Covid but the real issue is the incredibly lousy quality of their products. Made in China garbage ! Training shorts have lousy stitching, ripped at the crotch at first wear and yes it was the correct size. The side pockets are a joke. One was almost the right size but the other was stitched so small, absolutely nothing would stay in it. Good customer service in responding to delivery but the quality is pure garbage.

Terrible service, poor customer service and extremely frustrating. I placed an order for clothes on April 04th. It is now June 18th and my order still has not arrived. I tried to track my order and it just tells me it’s “on the way”. So I got in touch with “customer service” who just flipped me off! They won’t give me my money back and I don’t have my goods! They are an absolute joke and I will never ever order Nor recommend this bunch of clowns again! SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE, do not shop here

Not a real store. Do not buy from them. 2 months down after ordering I still haven’t received my order which they claim is “out of their hands” because they posted it. They can’t provide me any evidence that they posted it however.

I love the shorts so much. Ordered the first pair and yes it took awhile to get here due to COVID-19 but I loved them so much I ordered another pair and they came super quick.

They shouldn’t even get one star because I ordered 2 months ago for them and have yet to receive my order! I’ve reached out to HR several times with no response back. TERRIBLE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

They should get zero stars ... ordered a pair of shorts and a pair of pants ... took six weeks for the shorts to arrive, still waiting for the pants! No response from customer service! Shorts fell apart in the first wash - stitching came apart and drawstring came completely out.

Horrible!!!!! The quality of the pants was horrendous....thin and stitching came out after the first wash! Also took over a month to receive it after sending many emails asking for tracking info smfh...never again 🐂💩

Based on the first 2 orders I did, I can’t complain.
Delivery takes some time, but was expected because the goods come from China. Fits nicely & contact was direct & fair.

Only the 10% discount on my 2nd order I still didn’t get...

Would order again though.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. We ordered 1 pair of shorts they took money out the next day. It’s been almost a month now and I haven’t received my order. When I reached out two weeks later inquiring about order I got bogus robotic emails back that go nowhere. Everything about this company is exactly what you don’t want to deal with in a company. Don’t do it.

Mystery store... Do you even exist? You take my money but don't respond AND no package has showed up at my house. Its been almost a month since I ordered. Tracking information is fake. I just want my money back.

Ordered a pair of practice shorts 13 days ago, didn't receive a confirmation email although the money has gone out of my account. Tried using the help/contact us email system on their website but to date no response. Beware.

I placed an order 11 days ago and was curious where my order was so I went to the website and found out only 1 of the 4 items I purchased were shipped (still not received and tracking # has no movement from origin).
The other 3 items were still showing that they were being prepared for shipping.
These are clothing items, are they making them from scratch on every order?
So basically after almost two weeks my order is still likely in China... very disappointed! And, I can't even call anyone to get accurate information or an explanation.

Also, any customer service department that is run solely off email communication and online forms is a red flag. If there is an issue or concern people want to actually speak to someone. Shielding behind emails is cowardly.

Not sure about all the other negitive reviews but was no problem with my order. Was tight fitting which I wanted as I go to the gym regularly & the quality was good. Did take a while to be delivered but it came from China & there is a world crisis going on so was expecting a delay.
Can't fault it if I'm honest
