I have only good recommendations to give to beastmaker here from Denmark.

My order was a motherboard series.
I received it on good time and the package was undamaged.
As I opened it for a quick look everything seemed fine, so I put it in my shed to make a backboard to wall-mount it on at a later time.
Time passed, a month went by before I got around to making the backboard.
Here i noticed a crack in the wood as I was about to mount it.
I sent them a small 10sec video showing I could visible move the cracked part of the motherboard by holding it and pushing with my thumb.
Asked if they had any good tips or ideas on how to repair it, as the return policy was a few days overdue.
Super service, they shipped me a new motherboard and now everything is mounted and working!
