I ordered 3 times and was very happy with the delivery time and the product it's self. Then i ordered one more time and i ordered the wrong plug on three cables but they only sent one cable ....with the wrong plug and refused to answer my email and telephone calls....it got so bad i called every day on my lunch break for 2 straight months 5 days a week and never got anyone also sent 8 email....all unanswered.....so I'm kinda done with them

Fraudulent company that just take your money and never respond to emails…..you won’t be on here long taking people money

I finally gave up on this waste of space mob. Got in touch with my credit card provider who reimbursed me and they will chase them for the money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Customer service is non existent.

It was my fault that the 2nd and 3rd time I ordered, I didn't realize what I was ordering and ordered the wrong cable for charging my phone....BUT.. I don't think their website is clear enough for beginners and their customer service really SUCKS. There is no way I could get anyone on the phone to actually help me order the correct item....And they haven't answered my emails yet, even though they say on the website they will answer.

I purchased the Nova kit that comes with five items. (two cables, three tips, car receptacle adapter, and three tips. it arrived three days earlier than expected. though I can't speak for the resiliencey of the product as I have only used them one week, I have used enough cables, phones and other accessories to know these are top quality products and very reasonably priced. the led light on the cable end does not light up a room. it's the size of a ball point pen tip so consumes a negligible amount of power if any. and it would not consume it from the devices' battery since it's not part of the device. and why would I post negative reviews on my own website when they can be read elsewhere. I mean who would? I'm just saying

Ordered over a month ago, have not received anything. They are no longer replying to emails asking for updates or a refund.

Great product, still with some room for improvement.
What really pulls down for me is that you CANNOT TRUST their own customer reviews! I'd taken the time to write a thorough and soper review with some points where their product has room for improvement - and yet I'm generally really happy (so far) with their product.
I quickly verified my (two) reviews, and it's now been over a week - and still, the reviews are not shown on their website.
It seems to me, that reviews with less than four stars are sorted out in order to give future customers a more positive first impression of the product. That is not the way to handle reviews if you want to be taken serious!

So in short:
Great product. The circular magnetic plug holds many advantages. F.i. the plugs in our phones never get worn out any more. The phone never gets dropped to the floor when the kids ignores the cable connected to the phone, we never have any trouble with chargers (only original Samsung but with variating DC output) not being accepted by the phone (due to too large og less voltage) - and more benefits.
How ever, the plugs in the phone tends to get broken, unless the phone is protected in a cover that can also support the plug. The circular magnetic plugs seem to tend to be worn down themselves over time and has to be replaced now and then. The blue lights in the cable plugs are highlighted as a feature, where they are in fact mostly annoying, lighting up a dark sleeping room way too much while at the same time they are constantly consuming power for no reason.

So generally I'd give them three stars for their products (and with little effort they could easily rise to five starts). But for their dishonest way of handling reviews on their website, I can only give them two stars!
