Run Run Run!! These people are complete thieves! I placed an order and they charged my cc over $100.00 for 3 blouses. That was 3 months ago and they are still telling me that my order is on the way. I call BS. I will never see my tops and will never get the refund I have been requesting for 2 months. Do yourself a favor and avoid these scammers like the plague!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Might as well throw your money in the trash!!!!

They should not get any stars. The three sweatshirts ordered are not sweatshirts but cheap polyester tops. The quality and material was not as pictured or stated. DO NOT buy from this company. They kept stalling and refusing to give a refund. Warning. Buyers beware!!

I would give a negative review for this company if I could!!!! Sure wish I would have looked at the reviews before I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Worst quality clothing and when I tried to get authorization to return - which should have been a red flag - they said they do not accept returns for size and color issues. They advertise that if you are not 100% satisfied you can return, but further in their policy they mention the above. I said it was not a size or color issue it was the poor quality. After MANY emails back and forth they offered first $17, then $22, then final offer of $35 for an order of almost $94. Plus I would have to pay shipping which their package shows California return address but I was told I would have to ship back to Dubai! Worst experience ever!

Do not buy! First of all ordered in August and I just received my items on November 5. Insane amount of time to wait for items that quite frankly, are the worst quality. The items were labeled as sweatshirts but the truth is they are made of flimsy sub par material. The sizing is something else. You are taking your chances with sizing if you order something. You you can tell this clothing line is made in a third world country probably using children in sweatshops. I wrote to get a return label and they wrote back saying they will not accept returns for size and fit! That is insane Be careful if you are thinking about ordering anything from this line.

I think this is a fraudulent company. I ordered Sept 11. Now Nov 8 and still no delivery. They said the shirts have been shipped and are in transit but they have been saying this since late Sept and USPS tracking number shows no movement whstsover. They refuse to send a refund or reship. BEWARE!!

Yeah so, these clothes were definatly massed produced in a sweatshop by a slave child. I was excited because of the seemingly cute patterns, but please, SPARE YOURSELF the ungodly amount of delivery time and utter disappointment. I spent almost $100 on 3 shirts that probably cost $3 to make.Do not support this garbage.

This is the worst company to do business with. I received an order I made and wanted to return because it did not fit and was poorer quality than I expected.They are refusing to send a return label. I can't help but wonder if they are a scam. This is what they wrote in response to my asking for a return label: "Dear customer:
Hello, We are really sorry that you are not satisfied with the good. Please allow a little color and size difference, it is inevitable. Thank you for your understanding."
What company responds like this? None that I have ever done business with.

Beathel shirts did not fit. Returned to South San Francisco (address on original package). NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS - NO REFUND

I wish I read these reviews before ordering from Beathel. It took them six weeks to send my order and when I received it I was DEEPLY disappointed in the polyester-like material of the items. Since then, I've been back and forth with their customer service who will not issue me a refund, even though their return policy states they will "if not satisfied." Please don't order from this company. Ignore their ads on Instagram, etc. They're crooks.

Terrible company! Horrid customer service! Blouses are cheaply made. It took 5 weeks for me to get my order and I am NOT pleased at all! I will never purchase from them again.

Update: No tags on clothes. Clothes sold in the USA must contain tags stating country of origin, Where they were made, Fabric content And Care instructions. Without these they’re illegal to be sold in this country. This is in violation of 4 Federal laws. PayPal issued me a full refund because these clothes are illegal. They initially offered me a refund if I shipped them back. When I looked into it, shipping to China is about $80. So I called them again at which point they issued a full refund.
If everybody complains to PayPal they will flag this seller.

The clothes are nothing like the pictures. Material is like the cheap holloween costumes you buy for your kids to wear one time. Its actually disgusting. I agree with the reviewer that said she would be embaressed to even give them away. Total scam!!!

I got scammed! Clothes are awful fit and more importantly they stink, they have an awful chemical smell! DONT BUY FROM THEM. Customer service is also poor at communicating and refunding.

This company is TERRIBLE. I ordered two sweatshirts, waited 2 months, with a tracking number that didn't exist. I reached out and the company said they were delivered, I never received them and they won't refund the order. Awful customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a shirt via IG two months ago. Once they received my payment there has been Zero communication...and needless to say, no shirt has appeared at my door. They're rip-off artists. Not even sure the clothing really exists.

BUYER BEWARE! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The materials are cheap and look nothing like the picture. One top was so huge and the v-neck so low that I can’t wear it. They won’t refund your money even though the sizes are off. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

It has been 5 weeks and no clothing. Beathel did say one item is out of stock and issued me $17 out of $29.99 credit. That leaves $72.97 not reimbursed. Beathel said they shipped clothes on Oct. 13, 2020. Checking USPS website, only thing that has been done in last week is create a label, no shipping history. Their clothing shows up on about six other websites. Seems they are a scam.

I wish I could give Zero stars, and I wish I would have searched for these reviews before purchasing from this company-that's my own fault. The clothing is cheap and poorly made, and the sizing is fit for children. The materials are all the same - a thin, shiny, polyester. The "sweatshirt" is a cheap t-shirt. The "textured blouse" is a cheap t-shirt. I am embarrassed I fell for this false advertising. It took 2 months to receive the order and they won't accept a return.

How about NO stars?! It took forever to get my 2 tops, they were a bit too big, no return policy and they won't even exchange for a smaller size! NO customer service! As with most things advertised on INSTAGRAM, terrible quality and service!
