As always, great job done from booking to completion by the Beatrix skilled, profdssional and personable team. Very well organised and so helpful. Delighted with our new boiler and a small snag was dealt with promptly and effectively without a fuss. We love them.

Previous builders had left us with non-working shower just needing a small fix. Beatrix arrived within the hour and solved the problem with minimal fuss and expense. If only we had asked them to install the bathroom in the first place....

There was clear communication from the initial booking all the way throughout the renovation process - Tom and Keir were transparent with costs and guidance. The finished product looks fantastic. Beatrix supplied and installed our boiler a year ago. Its first annual service came up this March 2026 and Chloe dropped us an email that it's due its annual service. As we have always used them before many times for other jobs because they are reliable and honest, it was a no brainer to have them carry out the service. Jack, who fitted the boiler, came out on time, serviced the boiler efficiently and left everything clean and tidy. We have no hesitation in recommending them and will continue to use them for future work.

I recently used Beatrix Homes to refurbish a small loft bathroom. The shower had never worked properly for some unknown reason and the whole thing needed ripping out and starting again. From start to finish everyone I dealt with at Beatrix Homes was great. They provided a professional, detailed and competitive quote, started the project very soon after agreeing terms and completed everything in a very timely fashion, in fact ahead of schedule. The bathroom fitters and tiler were really friendly and polite, always turned up on time and clearly take great pride in their work. Everything was finished off to a very high standard and they left the flat spotless. I now have a shower that feels like being in a spa and it's all thanks to the great team at Beatrix Home - I couldn't fault them and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of giving their bathroom a bit of a makeover. A first rate job from start to finish from the whole team. Thank you!

Miles was an excellent engineer in everyway and the Beatrix Home staff provided a first rate service and were very pleasant and helpful.

Miles (the engineer) was fantastic. He installed our new shower with no issues and also managed to fix a few things that we were also having trouble with. Prices were reasonable and quality was high. I would definitely use again and recommend.

I had a slow toilet cistern leak which needed fixing quickly. Beatrix Home assigned a plumber at a convenient time to me for the repair. That plumber became ill and another of their staff was assigned for the same appointment, no delays. He and his assistant arrived on time and carried out a prompt repair as all the parts were on the van. The job was left very clean and tidy with no cleanup required. Skilled and very pleasant people to work with. Great service thank you.

From start to finish this company wanted to find out what I needed and the end result was a superb job done. Shout out to Chloe who managed and arranged the visit and to Jack the technician who arrived and carried out the job with friendliness, professionalism and expertise.

Response to reported problem was realistic, ie. appointment was made for a week later (as it wasn't an emergency) and engineer came as promised in good time. The first repair was not fully successful, but again we were told this might well be the case, and second visit entailed replacing a part that was identified as having failed. Engineers were clear about their work throughout, and the heating system is functioning well now. Courteous, prompt communications, and skilful staff. Would recommend their service.

Recommended. Have been using Beatrix Home for several years now, and they have done quite a number of jobs for us - maintenance and repairs to heating and hot water system - most recently this week. They communicate well and clearly, explain carefully what they are doing and why, and discuss options with you if appropriate. They turn up when they say they will, do the job well and with a friendly service.

I had a leak in my bathroom and needed a plumber urgently. I called Beatrix Home and less than two hours later a plumber came. He sorted out the problem, and had to go and get a specific part. Absolutely first class service, very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend Beatrix Home.
