"Customer Service"???

My instructions for reviewing my purchase from beaueye order US104637................
Be Honest, Helpful, and Constructive...

Honestly, factoring in all of the "customer service" I've received up to this present moment... I can say without question I personally will NEVER order from this company EVER again. I wouldn't recommend that anyone else do so either. I placed my order on October 30th, 2025 with a shipping expectation of 7-14 days. ***I STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ORDER*** "Customer Service" has been sending me the exact same generic Kana response since the first time I contacted them about my order. They say that they want me to send the correct shipping address (which I did from the very beginning when I placed my order) or an alternate shipping address where I'm able to receive mail. I respond to this email with the requested information, and ask when I'll be receiving my order only to get the same generic email they sent me the very first time back in my inbox asking me to correct information that was correctly typed in initially. I've requested to speak to a supervisor, no response. I've literally begged and pleaded with these people to please help me get my order or just give me my money back already, no response. I've even been in direct contact with the shipping partner, gave them the address, a map of where my apartment was located with GPS coordinates, and photos with arrows pointing to the location of my specific unit. Their response was that they have already returned my package back to the shipper and that I need to contact them for any help getting my order going forward. But yet all I get from them is the same exact generic email saying to correct my address or provide another in order to receive my contacts. I've reached out to "customer service" as recently as this afternoon trying to get this issue resolved. I'm not confident anyone employed by the company is even partially fluent in the English language.

Okay... Constructive criticism. *Takes deep breath*

So, the most basic of definitions I could find for the term "Customer Service" was the assistance and support a business provides to customers before, during, and after a purchase. I believe a more accurate and detailed description would be that customer service is the helpful, empathetic bridge between a customer and a company, creating positive, memorable experiences by actively listening, solving problems efficiently, and going the extra mile to make them feel valued, understood, and delighted, turning a transaction into a relationship. Let me start by saying Beaueyes does not have a "customer service department" in even the most basic explanations of the term. NOT ONE PERSON I've spoken to has even made a conscious effort to assist me in the slightest bit AT ALL, much less attempted to take ownership of the issue or went above and beyond for me WHATSOEVER. So in over a months worth of communications with these people I still don't have my order or have any idea if/when I will get it, have received no credit back for the amount of my purchase, nor have I been offered any compensation or discounts for my inconvenience. I can also say that no one has properly apologized for the situation. (Which I believe is the VERY LEAST they could have done here.)

So in conclusion, I'll just say I gave a 1-star review, but if a 0-star review had been an option, I feel like that would be more appropriate choice. I'd absolutely welcome anyone's assistance in the matter, and would be willing to change my review accordingly if anyone with the company decides to help me get what is rightfully mine. So buyer beware... order at your own risk. Hopefully someone finds this helpful.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I ordered from this company for the first time ever in early October because of a recommendation from my friend and I made an order for a total of FOUR contact packs because I have to get prescriptions. Almost a whole month later I haven’t heard anything about my package update and my SHOP app told me the package had yet to be shipped out. When I reached out to the company MULTIPLE times expressing how upset I was and asking for a refund. I finally got a response like a week later saying they couldn’t refund me because the package had been shipped (which it hadn’t been) and all they could offer me was discount for a future purchase. After all this I am STILL missing half of my order and very disappointed in how the first contacts look like too. I will never be shopping with them again.

While beaueye does have some beautiful…

While beaueye does have some beautiful contacts I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! I used to spend ALOT of money with them but this last time I ordered 3 pairs and it has taken me 3 months to retrieve them!!! I’ve even tried to ask for a refund and they contacted me via email bribing me not to get a refund and they would give me free contacts. Then I even said NO and they tell me it’s too late to retrieve a refund because the order has been shipped. THAT WAS 3 DAYS AGO I HAVE THE SCREENSHOTS TO PROVE EVERYTHING I AM SAYING. Just 2 minutes ago I received a notification from the SHOP app stating that the item is preparing to ship!! Yall just know I really believe it’s all a scam. BEWARE. This was so bad I will be contacting the better business bureau tomorrow.

I would love to have given them a 5…

I would love to have given them a 5 star because the first time I ordered with them everything went well but I never received my second order and they say it was the delivery company they say it was them so all I know is I didn’t receive my contacts and they were not willing to take any responsibility or try to make it right in any way.

Never arrived, ignored by customer service

They never arrived :/ were meant to arrive by 30th October in time for Halloween. Never did. Evri said they "misplaced it" and that was that. Told to contact the retailer and they have ignored me 3 times. Update: Beaueye insisted the parcel was delivered. I gave up and when through the bank who refunded me immediately.

Bad at Returns!!!!

The main problem was trying to get a return, 3 months later they say they didn't receive the return, yeah right??? I paid over 30 dollars for the order and over 30 dollars to return it back. Very bad business CHEAP CONTACTS and CHEAP CHARACTER!!! The contacts were way too big for my eye, and only later a month because of you didn't wash then every two days they get calcium deposits. I had to throw them away. Two pairs didn't even change the color of my eye.

I ordered over $200 in prescription…

I ordered over $200 in prescription color contacts and after waiting weeks I received all plain non prescription color contacts. I cannot wear them and this situation is completely ridiculous. If I didn’t NEED them I would have never paid that amount. I am so disappointed I was under the impression that this was a trustworthy source and dependable company. Gimlet Gray is not a traditional gray, as you can see from the reference image, it's more of a yellowish gray, and the gray color isn't very pronounced.

I wanted so bad to love these

First I was super excited to get these lenses I had ordered the cat eye contacts for Halloween and said well why not get some others. However I ended up changing my costume bc I could not wear the contacts due to them being blurry my vision would be clear for a matter of seconds before they became blurry so I said ok let me try the other 3 sets of lenses and see what it’s gives wellll it did the same so sad because the colors are beautiful they are very vibrant and look so natural I wanted so bad to be able to wear these my intentions was to order more but I literally cannot wear these ones I’ve purchased so I see no point . They are beautiful but not functional I mean I can take a good pic in them but that it
Just to be very clear the 4 that I purchased do not cover the pupil at all only one that I purchased was for cosplay.

Great products, absolute rubbish shipping and customer service

I've ordered from this company before and although their products are great, their customer service is absolute rubbish. I have an order that never was received, and the shipper has actually sent it back to them and they refused to refund the money. I've lost count of the times. I have tried to contact them and have gotten nothing but emails telling me to track the order and that they are sorry but will not refund it. They've offered 10% off an additional order. Why would I order from them again?.

LIED AND SAID FDA APPROVED

THEY ARE NOT FDA APPROVED OR CE CERTIFIED even though they say both on their boxes. Wearing lenses that are the wrong size can cause serious damage to your eyes and they DO NOT make that clear, ask for a prescription, or you to enter in your eye shape/size (DIA and B.C.) measurements to make sure they'll fit.

If discomfort is caused by choosing the wrong size, we recommend selecting contact lenses that are properly fitted to your eyes.

Kinda disappointed

They look good and I got great reactions but, could only wear for 3 hours or so. They became very uncomfortable. Contacts I had before from another company, I was able to wear for at least 7 or 8 hours without issue. Idk if the quality of contacts went down, or these just weren’t all that good.
Edit: I can’t reply, of course I soaked it in the solution, I did it for 48 hours.

I love Beaueye because they have the…

I love Beaueye because they have the best products and the best packaging of all the contact lens company, plus they throw in great free gifts with purchases. People complimented my free eye drops as they look fancy.

AWFUL FROM START TO FINISH

Awful customer service.

Accused of lying. Waited 2 weeks for contacts to arrive.. arrived the day before halloween. Contacts missing.. they said its my fault.. asked me to send a video opening the parcel? Who videos a parcel? They were rude and sarcastic on responses. Helped me zero and refused me a refund! AVOID! AVOID AVOID!

Keeps spamming

I was going to buy contact lenses here, but they keep spamming e-mails. In a span of 24 hours I received ELEVEN e-mails. Advice: Don't spam (potential) customers.

9/11/25 UPDATE: Now they're claiming it's not possible to send that many within 24 hours. You're a bunch of liars, I should have kept the mails as proof.
