I paid extra for express shipping

I paid extra for express shipping, and still have no notice of confirmation for the shipping. Makes you download a weird app to track. Would be nice if they could factor in delays in shipping to their policy, I ordered these for Halloween and I highly doubt they will come in time. I would have been better off saving my money with normal shipping.

Misleading “UK Express” shipping + terrible customer service

I ordered on 18 Oct and paid extra for “UK Express (3–7 business days).” In reality, nothing is shipped from the UK, my parcel only entered Evri’s UK hub four days later(23rd oct) showing it came from overseas. This is not “UK Express,” it’s misleading.

To make things worse, one of my items was out of stock and apparently had to be produced in a factory. I only found this out because I emailed them first, otherwise I would have been left waiting at least a month with no update.

Customer service is awful. Their replies are just copy-paste apologies (“I’m so sorry to reply to you so lately. I’m so sorry for this trouble”), the same wording I later saw in other negative reviews. It’s not genuine, just a template.

I did eventually get my shipping refunded, but the whole experience was frustrating, dismissive, and not what was advertised.

Be warned: the website is not transparent about where items are shipped from. I wouldn’t recommend them, and I won’t be ordering again.

Supposedly my item got delivered but I…

Supposedly my item got delivered but I never received any package. I went through the recordings for my door camera on the day it supposed to have been delivered and no one ever dropped off any package. I emailed customer service and all they did was tell me yes my item was delivered. I wouldn’t go through the trouble of emailing for nothing. A refund would have been nice. Got stuck paying for something I never got 👎🏻

AVOID GO ELSWHERE OR WAIT A MONTH

Ordered and paid for an order over a week ago - paid extra for express delivery £8.99. No tracking info, No replies to emails, no reply to the chat on the website other than awaiting fulfilment. Customer service is non existent, waste of time and money and now means no lenses! Great

Having a problem with shipping

Having a problem with shipping, said it would be 6-9 business days on their website but it’s been 5 business days since the 16th when I ordered and it is still preparing for shipment. I haven’t received a tracking number and I have tried to get in contact with customer service and haven’t received a reply which is unfortunate because I really would like these by the 31st.

I ordered on the 11th and haven't gotten and haven't gotten any shipping info or tracking number. I ordered from this company the year before last and this same issue, but decided to give it another try. Was really hoping this issue would have been fixed.

Still waiting for my parcel

Still waiting for my parcel. I paid for an express delivery. It’s said 3-7 Business days. I ordered on the 14th and still didn’t receive the parcel. I checked on the tracking and it said , it’s still waiting to receive it.
Really disappointed.

I've never worn colored contacts until…

I've never worn colored contacts until I saw a Mia Maples (unsponsored lol) video talking about this brand, and I was intrigued. I've ordered 3 sets of contacts from this brand and I'm VERY impressed with the speed of shipping, the ease of use, the quality of the products, the presentation...I wouldn't purchase my contacts anywhere else.

Contact lenses are terrible quality

Contact lenses are terrible quality. I got prescription ones with the same details as my every day contact lenses but beaueye ones literally fall out of my eye. Colour is awful didn’t change the colour of my eyes at all. I got blue/grey and have brown eyes. Very uncomfortable, no refunds available despite the product being poor quality. I should have known better tbf just glad I only ordered one pair. They should not be in business - the reviews they post on their website must be fake or paid for!

Everyone's eye structure and comfort needs are different, so some formulas or sizes may not be perfectly suited to your eye. If the base curvature of a contact lens doesn't match your eye, it can lead to an unstable or uncomfortable fit.

No point paying for express shipping

I ordered from this company and paid extra (£10.99) for express delivery so I’d receive my item before the weekend. Unfortunately, it arrived a full week later. The product itself was fine, but the delivery definitely wasn’t worth the extra cost. Save your £10.99 and just go with standard delivery it’ll probably arrive around the same time anyway

Great customer service to a problem I created.

First retailer I’ve found that provide prescription cosplay lenses at a decent price. After placing my order using PayPal I noticed that the wrong postal address had been provided. I quickly contacted Beaueye (they’re clearly not in the UK as responses take a while). I was told that I couldn’t change the address as the courier did not recognise my address ( this is not news). However, they some how managed to get this done and the contact lenses arrived in good time. Great customer service, very helpful.

Even with the colour, you can still see just fine.

I ordered these for the first time, just last month. I got the red ones. I love them! I get complimented all the time. They are more comfortable than the ones I get from my eye doctor, I forget I'm even wearing them.

Say yes to eye excitement

I've placed 4 orders and each time every thing was better than I expected. Packaging was superbly excellent. They have a very girly princess look, it was cute. Products were layered and stacked very well. I love the saline solution that comes with it. They even provided cases which was a nice surprise. I've worn the contacts now for 2 months haven't had any negative issues other than choosing a color for the day 🙃 😅. I would rate them 10 stars. Customer service was prompt Bd helpful. Each color that I got looked awesome and I receive lots of compliments. The quality was very good and comfortable to wear. I will be placing more orders. Love yah Beaueyes.
