From the moment i walked into beaurepairs sherida street cairns i was greeted with a very unfriendly manager. This manager gave me a quote and said tyres will b here in 2 days and he would call. No smile no goodmorning. When i received the call he said i had to come in 8am. I said can i make it later, i have to do a school run he said no! We are full!. I arrived they next morning to a greeting of hey!. He said it will take 2 hours. I live 30mns drive away, but he couldnt care less. I said dont worry about it. His response was ok!!! and i left. I went to another tyre specialist and so friendly, caring and cheaper. Disgusting customer service from Beaurepairs

I normally don't do feedback but I just have to commend Frank and the team at Cairns, Sheridan St Beaurepairs and also the team at Portsmith Beaurepairs. They are so professional and courteous. It it so nice to walk into a mechanic and be treated with respect and polite words. You have a customer for life in me thanks to your amazing Cairns teams and especially Frank and the boys. They deserve a slab of beer or a raise!

I was treated like dirt. All prior arrangements and promises were not kept. I was lied to. Both Cairns AND Grafton stores need to re-train some their ignorant uneducated staff. Also one store blamed the other store for inept upkeep and premature wear of my tyres, and then THEY overcharged me themselves! And other cheaper quotes were ignored. I’ve been going to Beaurepairs for many years with my many cars and they have got many thousands of dollars from me but now this seems to be the end.
