As I was leaving the Hyperdome to take my grandson to a Memorial Service for his foster Mother I found I had very flat tyre. Was very worried as grandson upset-drove down to shop & explained my dilemma as had only 1/2 hr before service started. I cannot praise the very pleasant gentleman who repaired my tyre enough as once I explained situation he repaired the tyre immediately. This was at Loganholme on 4 July. Louise

Great price, quick service, and friendly staff - overall a good experience at Loganholme store :)

Absolutely terrible service.
Had a puncture repair.
Complained they had no ramp available or a jack.
Made me a 60 year old fit the tyre myself.

After paying the bill she said she would wheel oy the wheel.
Of course she didn't and after waiting over 10 mins had to remind her.
Of course my cars jack jammed and one of the staff went and got his own trolley jack to get my one out.
At least he showed compassion.
For the 5 mins it would have taken to jack up and fit they showed no understanding or support.
She couldn't give a toss.

I booked a week in advance in person in the store. When I arrived for my appointment there were no tyre no call before hand saying tyres weren't ready. They the salesmen re booked a time that suited him to come fit tyres without checking if I could even come at that time.
