Got a puncture in my run flat tyre on way to work, went into BR Myaree explained I couldn't get back during business hours and the guy who served me had it all sorted, got someone to fix the puncture and I was on my way in about 25min excellent service

wheel alignment not done?
Apart from the changing of my 4 tires, I paid upfront for the wheel alignment service, but I didn't receive the document (report) confirming it was done and with all the information on the alignment that was performed.
Supposedly the machine was "out of ink" to print the report.
After a few days, I still feel the car out of balance drifting to the right, so I wonder if the service was ever done?

Highly recommended
Excellent staff very knowledgeable, and give give honest advice.
Prices are good and even with a puncture on a few month old tire that couldn't be fixed they gave a very good replacement price.

Honest and reliable service
Came in to replace my front tyres and they called while I was waiting around the area to say it really needed aligning as the wheel was being worn away. They quoted for less than what I thought it would be to align the wheels (based on their online prices) and I was happy they were honest and seemed to care about the quality of their service.

The whole process
The whole process - from telephone order to installation at the tyre centre was almost seamless. No time wasted and the service manager attending was courteous and knew his work well. It was a good experience overall.
