This business provides outstanding and professional customer service. Staff take the time to explain things to you. I have only received consistent, friendly and helpful services in all my visits. Would highly recommend the Mt Gravatt branch to other people.

Cold customer service.
I am disappointed by the quality of the customer service provided by the this tyre shop. First of all I never received a confirmation phone call after doing an online booking, and secondly upon collecting my car I was handed a piece of paper and said all done. No explanation or any information about if I was able to come back in a few weeks and get the tyres check making sure everything is good, zero information about anything. I spent $800 getting new tyres fitted I would of thought a bit more customer care would of taken place. I will be going back to Bob Jane Tmart for all my future tyre purchases as they provided me with much more information regarding a check up at certain times after the service and help the last time I purchased new tyres. After saying all that i need to say and admit the tyre service and wheel alignment are good, so the quality of who ever did the job is good at what they do.

Completely satisfied with the service.Only one minor point regarding the recommended tyre pressure. A sequent branch attended as a result of a screw puncture to one of the new tyres recommended 40 as opposed to the earlier recommendation of about 35.

Great service
Really happy I was able to book my car in for new tyres at short notice for installation on Xmas Eve. The job was done quickly and the staff I dealt with were helpful and friendly. The waiting area is very comfortable. Really handy being so close to Mt Gravatt plaza and the library, I was able to do my Xmas Eve food shopping while the tyres were being fitted and grab some books and DVDs from the library for my Xmas holidays.
