Where do i start?
By far the worst option for tyres in my area. No tyre shine, they forgot to put my spare wheel cover back on and just threw it in the boot. Greasy finger prints all over the rims. None of my details OR Vehicle details were recorded on my invoice! I Was made too feel like being there and giving them My work was an inconvenience too them. They were not too busy and there was no excuse as i know what the store policies and procedures are.
Will not use this store Again.
In the middle of a pandemic these guys managed to keep their jobs but were not happy about having a job at all.
Customer service is what keeps customers comming back and this store is definitely lacking. Such a shame because the store use too have a great reputation.
The old previous manager and mechanic were by far the best in the buisness! They should have brought them back too this store.
