Outstanding honesty and service I Arrived unannounced as car indicated…
I Arrived unannounced as car indicated a problem with front left tyre, I asked if I needed to replace it and I was told no there was plenty of tread on it. They showed me the nail in the tyre that was causing the problem. They then plugged the hole and fixed the tyre and to my amazement they did not charge for fixing it! They are clearly honest with their assessment of the tyre. When I need tyres I will be back.

Great experience.
Easy online ordering and appointment process. Straight forward and efficient on-site service. On time and everything was as promised on the website. Friendly staff. And there’s a great cafe a few meters up the road for a coffee while they do the work.

Untrustworthy
I called them and made a booking for the same day fitting and got a quote for 4 tyres (Pay for 3 and get 1 free for $414). Went to the store and got the job done but they charged me more than what I was quoted. When I said I do have a quote for $414 the response was “ No it’s impossible! What I can do is to give you a free alignment next time!!” Paid the invoice and called the customer service, they checked my quote and saw the invoice and told me they will investigate it and will get back to me. I haven’t heard anything back since!
I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years but the last experience was shocking.
