John Formann at Beaurepairs Wynnum in Qld has looked my tyre needs for many years. Needed his services today and John and his offsider Phil did the job for me. Can't recommend them highly enough, they are a credit to Beaurepairs and a big asset for your company

Super stressed to find out a puncture on my left rear passenger wheel hours before a wedding. The team at your Wynnum Queensland Branch really did above and beyond to accommodate me. Very hard to top that up especially when the next door competition was short of saying they don’t want my business. Service excellence is a rarity but the team at Wynnum will do their absolute best. Excellent service and knowledge from the team here at Wynnum. Busy store, but they make it happen. They took the time to explain what the problem was, fixed it and made sure my car was safe and road ready, even offering to pop back in a weeks time for check up. All the people at Beaurepairs Aust. - Wynnum are 5 star people.
We have been dealing with them for 10 years now.
The only time we have gone elsewhere is if we needed new tyres or had to get one fixed is when we are in a different state or too far to travel to Wynnum. We still go to a Beaurepair nearest us at the time. We also have the Insurance they have to offer.

My family and I have used Beaurepaires Wynnum for the past 6 years. John is always helpful, really tries hard to please his customers. Quite knowledgeable about the entire product range (including the aftermarket wheel range available on line) and if he doesn't know something, will take the time to look it up and get you the right answer, rather than just sprouting off! We are really pleased with the consistent good service.
