I forgot to turn off the subscription after free trial and I got charged $144 for annual subscription, thus I reachout support, expected time of response was within 2 days, I waited and didn't get anyone until 3 days. I let them know that happened, the support helped me and I got reimbursted. I was happy and thankful for their support.

The app is good though, I wanna leave a review here to let people know that they will properly reimburse any unwanted charges.

I recently had the opportunity to use Beautiful.ai, and I must say, my experience was less than satisfactory. One of the first things I noticed was their aggressive approach to obtaining payment information. This was quite off-putting and made the initial interaction with the platform uncomfortable.

As for the application itself, it fell short of my expectations. The features and functionality did not live up to the promises made in their marketing materials. I found the user interface to be unintuitive and the overall performance to be disappointing.

Moreover, I encountered significant difficulties when attempting to obtain a refund. The process was cumbersome and frustrating, adding to my dissatisfaction with the service.

In conclusion, my experience with Beautiful.ai was far from ideal. I hope they take these issues into consideration and make the necessary improvements to enhance their service.

I gave the app a try and quickly realized it wasn't for me. I proceeded to cancel the trial early, like Feb 9, to avoid getting billed because we know how this works. And even then, I got billed today, March 9, a big fat $212 CAD. Now, save us all back and forths, and proceed to refund.

I have tired to get in contact with the team over email and by phone.

"Free Trial" is false, they charge immediately. Support email either doesn't work or they ignore it. Have sent multiple requests for a refund with no reply.

Product itself doesn't have the features it promotes - better off creating a slideshow yourself

Tricky free trial period which goes into after a sign up for pro charging you 144$ after the trial ends, normally you get a notification after the free trial to extend however in the T&S they state it will go automatically in a pro subscription or any other you will try the free trial.

Well that reply is standard reply from your company. You already have 140 euro so you dont care. Please change for the future and dont mislead people.

I'm trying to delete my account, but their website says I can't delete my account because I'm part of a team, where by i have delete the team and its subscription. Again, i cancel free pro subscription but i was deducted $144 for one year activation when i have no plans of using beautiful.ai again. I have emailed their support team for refund and hope there is swift action.

Product was at best mediocre, and they made it as difficult as possible to find the cancel and refund option, like every single Silicon Valley startup out there who's only hope of surviving is people forgetting they ever signed up for a free trial. Charged my card without any advance warning after the free trial expired, and website offers a crude warning about doing refunds only for a year ($144), with a fee - so you might end up getting like 90% of the money back, that's if you even get it back.

no value, plus I started cancellation earlier than probation deadline , but the system, was very nice and offered to stay as there is still plenty of time. than I thought system would remind about payment. no , they charged money for the year ! and do not return, even if I canceled within few hours after they got my money. they just getting money , no support during trial and after cancellation

Great customer service, and a decent product to be honest

We wrote 2 reviews in December last year and have been waiting for someone to get back to us after they replied back to us.

The first reply from Beautiful.ai was, "Hi there, we apologize for the inconvenience that getting locked out of your account may have caused. We will have someone on the team reach out to take care of this as soon as possible. Thanks!"

The second reply was, "Hi there, we apologize that you weren't able to log in to your account to cancel in time. We will have someone on the team reach out to take care of this as soon as possible. Thanks!"

Since the 17th December 2024, as expected, we have not heard back from them.
We have also tried to call them 3 times and left messages.

All the recent positive reviews look fake going by their comments.

WE WILL CONTINUE TO UPDATE THE REVIEWS UNTIL WE HAVE BEEN CONTATCED DIRECTLY FOR A REFUND.

I cant believe Beautiful.ai is still trading and hasn't been shut down for fraud yet.

This is False. We never received a refund. the dates are all wrong too.

I was deeply worried about Beautful.ai when I read the reviews, but I have had a really good experience and wanted to set the record straight for customers in th future. So long as you are within the refund policy rights for customers. the team at Beautiful.ai do provide refunds if you have decided not to use the service long term. but you must read their policies before trying out the tool and seeing if it works for you for what you're trying to achieve with presentations. \

I never liked doing presentations with PowerPoint. Usually I gave it to someone external to do it for me.
Beautiful.ai is a real game-changer for me. The presentations are to the point & my audience is constantly impressed.

My recommendation: Don´t listen to sb. who is not impressed by any YouTube video. Just give it a try. Yes, not everything is perfect, but that is minor. Are you perfect?

Tipp for German speaking: At the end of a promt write: "Write in German language".

Love it, although I would like to see more templates. Been using beautifull ai for over 1,5 years now, the templates remain the same as it seems.

Beautiful impactful visuals created in a short time. Samples and templates are excellent. Adding removing elements automatically and automatically re-arranging those for optimum visual impact is excellent. Best of all, when exporting to PowerPoint can't be avoided, creates beautiful high def exports.

Please don't fall for this trap—it's a scam. When you sign up and enter your payment card details, you won't be able to log into your account again, and you won't be able to cancel the free trial. After that, they will take collect all your money from your mastercard Even I cancel my MasterCard because of this scam app,

Cannot get ahold of customer service, I was charged after cancelling, I need a refund, theres no phone number to contact and they took money they shouldnt have that I needed for my sons meds. Ridiculous!!!!
