Any company that offers an annual subscription ONLY for individuals has a red flag to begin with. Any company that only offers an annual subscription AND doesn't provide contact info AND doesn't answer the only number that's out there for them (after digging) AND answers all complaints with the same standard canned response is no one I care to do business with.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. A few days ago, I was mistakenly charged for a yearly subscription that I did not want. I contacted customer service immediately to resolve the issue, but nobody responded to me.
This charge is a significant amount of money, and for someone who cannot afford it, this situation is very distressing and unfair. It is unacceptable to be ignored when trying to resolve a problem that is not my fault.
I urge the company to address this problem promptly and to ensure that such errors do not happen again in the future. Proper customer service is crucial, especially when dealing with billing errors that affect customers' finances.

Charged for a year of service after free downlad
I was charged for a full year of service after I signed up for the free trial. I reached out through their contact form and they refunded my money in under a week. I still don't like their pricing policy, buyer beware.

Beautiful.ai has no customer service! I signed up for a 14 day free trial and on the 14th day my card was charged for an entire year. I’ve emailed and tried to call the number for 2 days now and no response. I’m inclined to believe that they are running a fraudulent business by not offering customer care and charging your card while still on the free trial! I’m highly disappointed and want a refund as I cancelled the service on the 14th day. DO NOT USE THIS MESS! Find something else to use who will have customer service if and when you need it!

Awful do not buy this ever they will take your money and run
Company has not learned at all about customer service or implemented any of the recommendations they said they would from all these bad reviews.
No reminder email set for trial charged the subscription price even though I’ve never used the product since the first day I tested it on the trial and found it not fit for purpose. Awful service, Poor UI, Poor Customer Service and more than that a product that is falsely advertised and not fit for purpose.
