NEVER GOT IT. THEY GAVE ME TWO DIFFERENT TRACKING INFO AND NEITHER WERE FOR MY ORDER. THEY SAY IT WAS DELIVERED IN OUR MAILBOX BUT WE HAVE A LOCKED MAILBOX. FRAUD SO BAD PEOPLE !!!

Junk products don't buy, their satisfaction guarantee is a joke also! Save your money.

Scam from the Start. They had the nerve to market religious clothing which included hats.
They set up, what looked like a real website and bait you into thinking your purchase is coming. Then when you follow up they string you along for weeks saying they don’t have a tracking number. Now I have to try getting refunded.

This is a terrible company. DONT ORDER FROM THEM. I never received my item because THEY sent it to the wrong address after being given the correct address. They refuse to resolve the issue after many many emails. I AM NOW OUT OF MONEY AMD THE PRODUCT. I am a disabled senior living on a fixed income.

I ordered 12 easter eggs prefilled with fluffy animals and paid US$16. I received twelve EMPTY CHEAP PLASTIC SHELLS! Follow up solved NOTHING, no concern for the customer. I agree: avoid like the plague!

They mislead me with their advertising, i get taken to a product where im advised to buy a specific colour for 'dark brown hair' and im sent a light brown coloured product that does not match my hair. Customer service will not accept any responsbility or resolve the matter. THIS COMPANY HAS NO INTEGRITY!

Cheap junk. Beautiful ads and description, then they send cheap junk. And since they are in China it's impossible to return the items. Avoid them like the plague!

Please heed my warning and never buy anything from this website, as it's cheap shoddy rubbish that you will pay over the odds for.
I ordered some pizza cutters and when they arrived it was just a cheap piece of folded metal wrapped around a shitty wooden handle, I doubt they would cut through butter never mind pizza. I checked on Aliexpress and exactly the same item was £1.24 with free delivery (but I wouldn't bother as the item is shit anyway). Beautifuldeer offered me a discount of $9, the product was so bad they should have refunded me everything.

Product (pizza axe) was extremely poor quality, unsafe, and arrived with a split wooden handle, as the screws had been screwed in stupidly. Arrived after two months. Scam. Avoid.

Never buy here. My product never arrived and they tell me I have to pay more than USD$40 to get a refund of USD$71.

After 6 weeks finally received pizza cutting axe it was poor quality,chipped and had rust marks on it. Contacted them was offered 10usd compensation after requesting refund or replacement saw the add on Facebook but they also post on Instagram

Do not order from this company. They don’t send the product and won’t refund.

I ordered two Dragons for my nephews, they state safe for 3 yrs up, I received them after 3 weeks and one was broken. The company states exchange or refund, I requested a refund. Today I get a message stating they will send me a "modest compensation of $3", I paid $14.99 for the one dragon. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- FRAUD. These dragons are very small and sharp and not safe for young children, very dangerous and can be swallowed cause serious harm.

Since most of the critics here describe the same sequence how I experience it right now. I do not expect my money back, unfortunately. Only excuses so far and no item received. Ordertime more than on month ....

100% scam. I was fooled by their instagram ad. Never arrived and nothing but vague excuses from their “customer service”

Have too agree with everyone here, I ordered something in january for a friend's birthday, suddenly the link doesn't exist anymore, they keep telling me it's on the way but they can't give me any tracking number because apparently the shipping company isn't sending it. opened a paypal case, but paypal isn't getting involved, they just reply there instead of via email, saying it's on the way but they can't provide a tracking number

I have most likely been scammed, should have checked this website before placing order. Nothing arrived, "customer service" keep replying with vague excuses. I have opened a refund request through PayPal which will probably lead nowhere. Stay away from these people!

Red flag after red flag no tracking but had been posted 1st then all equipment when down as I should of read on trust pilot first then my gut feeling was right so started a case on paypal 😀 probably end up 40dolkars out of pocket

Never purchase anything. The order form fools you that everything looks ok and can be trusted but after more than 3 months I have not received my product (collagen hair mask). Their customer support email is replying with some excuses that the delivery is in transit but it is stuck somewhere with no update. So better save your money and don’t buy anything from beautifuldeer.
