Tarnished ring
One of the rings I ordered tarnished, I sent photos in and someone from customer service helped me get a replacement. They were really lovely and helpful about it, they definitely haven’t lost me as a customer!

I absolutely love every single piece I ordered. They have not tarnished or changed colors and I have been using them none stop. LOW QUALITY JEWELRY… customer support doesn’t help
I placed an order on 2/8 from beautiful earth. First surprise I got an email that my order was shipped but it was coming from China… even though they claim to be a UK based company. Anyways I got my jewelry on 2/17… less than a month ago. The pieces looked okay… but two days ago one of them just fell apart… I’ve been trying to contact support… they sent me a link to do a exchange… the link only tell me that if I continue with the exchange I’ll get charged extra fees WHY? Why should I paid extra fees just to exchange a crappy piece of jewelry that didn’t even last a month. I feel like I’m begging from help. I’ve been sending emails and I have to follow up with or send a new email to get a response. At this point I just want to return everything and get a refund… but I know that’s not gonna happen so now I know I wasted my money and definitely won’t recommend them and never NEVER AGAIN.

After reviewing your case, we’d just like to clarify a couple of things. Your initial email was responded to right away. When you replied a few hours later, the customer service agent handling your concern had already finished their shift, which is why the follow-up response was sent the next day as soon as the team was back in the office.
Regarding the exchange portal showing a possible charge, this can appear when the original order was placed using a discount code or during a sale. The system automatically displays this prompt, however, rest assured that our exchanges are free. When this happens, we always zero out the invoice for the exchange order before processing it. Also, we never charge customers automatically, as we do not store any card details.
That said, we understand you preferred a refund and we can confirm that your refund has already been processed as requested. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
We truly regret that this experience left you feeling disappointed, but we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. 💛
