Writing this as a supplier to them

Writing this as a supplier to them. They don't pay for stock which I was ok with because it's a donated item, however they have super rude staff - especially Rachel who is super patronising and unappreciative of the donation. Will not work with again. Seriously if you have staff like that I would fire them. Zero customer service care.

Good customer service

I have since been able to access the website. Apparently there was a glitch with it, as there can be with technology. Able to cancel my subscription. The staff were very helpful trying to sort it out. It was kind to offer another box too.

I thought I would treat myself but what…

I thought I would treat myself but what I received was 1 product use by end of February and 1 product use by 10th March. The 2 products worth the most money

Great products

Great products. Just that I waited until February to jet June's and it’s nearly march and I am still waiting for February’s box.
Staff were quick to respond. However when money is taken out beginning of month product should arrive not long after.

Hi Cathy. Thank you for your feedback. Our orders are sent out generally once per month, when you place your order you might have been in between shipment cycles. This would mean that you would receive one box immediately and then a your regular cycle box only a couple of weeks after. If you prefer we can send you another box so you can be 'up to date'? Almost expired products

Almost expired products
The Chicken Broth had a Best Before Date of Feb 2024 and the Monk Fruit 'sugar' had a Best Before Date of 9 March 2024.
This was my first box and I liked the other products that were in the box but this as a disappointment

Great gift and fast delivery

This box was a great gift idea for one of my family members. Only thing is I sent it directly to her address and asked for a note to be included in the box from me however she didn’t receive one and only found out who sent it to her because of my phone number on the box. Otherwise, she was very happy to get this treat. Thank you 😊

The best gift ever

This is my third Beautifully Well box 3 month subscription given as a gift. The service is great, the website is easy to negotiate and everyone I have given one to has loved it. I am thinking the next person I should give one to is myself.

Still waiting on email replies...

I thought I had cancelled my order - I hit cancel it took me to another page where it had an offer I didn't want. I thought that was it, because on my phone I didn't see the tiny writing well below that said 'continue to cancel'. When the order confirmation came through I emailed and asked to cancel, no reply, I emailed again and still no reply. I have received the box and not worth the $35 or the inconvenience of not being able to afford it at that time.

1) They should reply to emails personally not just the automated replies and 2) they should make the writing larger and more mobile friendly on the cancel page - everything else was fine except the continue to cancel.

I'm not happy and would not recommend - would have rated differently if they replied to my emails - regardless of outcome.
