Fake product
I bought a beauty product from Beautol.com. The website looks legitimate and claims to be selling genuine products but my order took weeks to arrive and upon receiving it, the order arrived in a dishevelled packaging and the product turned out to be a fake product. Avoid at all costs!
I purchased a top of the line mens cologne,"Creed Aventus" as a gift to a friend. When I received the unopened package, it had a strong scent of the cologne, which concerned me of a leakage or damage. I then wrote to Beautol customer service with my concerns, with an email reply, stating that there is no possibility of damage, which is ridiculous. I did reply and have heard nothing from this Company.
This Company does not back their products and once, in my case, leaves the factory, it doesn't seem to be a concern of theirs.
Totally annoyed with a waste of time and money.
