3. After the March 1 email in which we present you with an official response from the manufacturer, you have not responded.
We leave below our answer to this situation.
- According to the manufacturer, the product you received from us is compliant and can be used safely.
- We have tested a product from the same batch as yours and we do not find anything unsatisfactory. We would like to mention that at the same time with your order there were 2 other customers who received the same product and none of them mentioned anything about this product.
Here are some things we'd like you to know about us:
- We are a family business that promotes Romanian products all over the world.
- The quality of our services is a priority for us and this can be seen in the reviews on Trustpilot, Google or Yotpo.
- The products we sell come from the manufacturer or authorized distributor and are 100% original.
- Our products are kept in optimal conditions and our stocks are permanently fresh to offer customers the opportunity to buy more pieces of a product and have a long expiration date. Automatically the price of the product and the transport tariff decrease.
We work with the fastest international courier DHL Express in order not to expose the products to stationary through various warehouses. (Very often our packages arrive faster than those sent by local stores). Your order arrived from Romania to the US in 2 days.
The products are carefully packed in sturdy boxes, and so far, out of over 1000 shipments worldwide, all have reached their recipients safely. Our rate of return is 0.

My family members have been dedicated customers of this company and users of the Gerovital line of products for about ten (10) years. I cannot praise enough both. Very dedicated customer service and an excellent line of products in the category of face creams for mature/ageing skin. My mother (Milena) does not wish to use any other skincare products other than the Gerovital brand. I tried many much more expensive brand skincare products but have to admit that my Gerovital "restructuring" cream is the only one that seems to make any immediate and measurable difference.
