Awesome Service and super awesome Maria and Lorand
I recently visited Beauty Factory for a hair straightening treatment along with hair cut and global colour and I’m pleased to share my experience.
Maria and Lorand were courteous, professional, and took the time to understand my hair concerns. They explained the procedure in detail, which made me feel comfortable and informed.
The treatment process was smooth and well-executed. The facility was clean and hygienic, and the products used seemed high-quality. Maria and Lorand handled my hair gently and ensured I was comfortable throughout. Lorand suggested a nice hair cut along with the colour that would compliment my skin tone and hair texture. He was awesome.

Amazing, patient and professional hair straightening
I had an amazing experience getting my hair permanently straightened with organic permanent hair straightening (organisk permanent hårglatning). I’ve done this treatment before, but this time it was even better! Lorand and Maria were absolutely lovely—so professional, kind, and incredibly patient with my very annoying frizzy curls and thick hair. They handled it all so well, and the service was impeccable. We chatted a lot throughout the process, making it such an enjoyable experience. My hair looks and feels incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
