Expired products on sale?
Ordered Crest whitening strips that have a product photo with the original box on the product page. Delivery was claimed 1-2 days, received after 2 weeks, had to enquire at the postoffice as no notification arrived. Strips came without the original packaging, in a mini grip plastic bag with a 1A4 paper text instruction print out. There is no expiry date on the strips covers. How do I know they are not fake and not expired? An honest seller would have replied to my emails about the expiry date and other questions but this one didn't. Cannot probably receive a refund either. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Delivery was never claimed to be 1-2 days. International delivery takes 1-3 weeks as it is stated in delivery section. Due to coronavirus it might take even longer. If you need for international orders to be delivered in 1-2 days, feel free to use UPS Express service. The shipping price starts from 90 euros.
The tracking number is provided in order history, so you can track the parcel. We can't ensure the post office will notify you about the parcel received as we don't work at the post and that does not depend on us.
Stipes came without original packaging because you have ordered a half of the box. If you order not a full box, then you will get the item without a box. We don't produce or repackage the boxes. By the way the item description clearly states: "Unboxed Option - we unbox the whitestrips from original box and send them to you in secure envelopes. This way you get more ordering options."
Manufacturer does not print the expiry dates on the whitestrips pouches, only on the full box. You were provided with full box picture showing that expiry date is March, 2021 and the barcode (L)9089V43. The expiry date in encoded in the barcode (that was explained to you with examples). The same barcode was printed on the whitestrips, proving they expire on March, 2021, about 4 months from the date you received the parcel.
About late replays to your emails: unfortunatelly for some reason your emails went to spam folder, so we only saw them after your review was published and we explained all mentioned information to you by further emails.
Now even though all your concerns were solved and explained, we still offered the opportunity for you to return the parcel and get a refund. All email correspondence is saved as a prove and can be provided upon request.
