We booked our appointment at the spa in Piccadilly. The massage was great and the spa looks really nice and clean. Staff was very welcoming and professional.

A lovely Hotel Montcalm Royal London House very beautiful, clean and spacious. All the Spa areas also clean and tidy Staff were courteous and helpful. It was my friend’s surprise birthday gift from me.

It was her first time ever at a Spa. I booked a massage for her on the day using the gift voucher of £10 given as part of our package.

My friend had a surreal life experience she was blown away by her treatment and how she felt after her first ever massage, she was glowing.

Thank you Montcalm she and I had a wonderful afternoon and will be recommending family and friends.

My experience at the spa was great thanks to Simona and so it was my 50 minutes massage, thanks to Diana. I def recommend it.

We had a lovely time at the spa for a friend's birthday. Simona was very helpful and the facilities were amazing! Anna is also very knowledgeable with the treatments.

Found them on Groupon and haven’t left since! The staff are lovely and actually care about your health and improving your skin and others! Would definitely recommend. I’ve had multiple treatments with them. I have my massage somewhere else but even thinking of making them my place of getting massage now too

Treated to a birthday gift at the Piccadilly branch in the Piccadilly west hotel. This place lacked any spa ambiance. I had a so called Swedish massage, however I’ve had better done by my 7 year old granddaughter, I’ve had many Swedish massages and an avid fan of spas as part of my wellness experiences and this experience was the worst I’ve ever had. I couldn’t wait for it to finish as I really didn’t understand why I was bothering. The masseuse was non interested, didn’t introduce herself and frankly looked bored, the most uninspiring massage I’ve ever had in the most uninspiring spa I’ve ever been to. In fact the whole experience lacked lustre. The pictures of this spa on their website is very misleading. It lacks any warmth, the offer of Prosecco is flat and warm, we had to return it twice, I gave suggestions to the receptionist who pretended to listen to our feedback, I offered suggestions on how to improve the client experience, eg put cucumber or lime in the water at the reception, offer glass glasses instead of plastic. The changing rooms were bland, the good thing was the sauna and steam room. This place is ok if you are having a first time treat but other wise if you like the spa feeling of pampering AVOID AVOID this place ! I will not be going back or recommend this place

My husband arranged a surprise Spa for me. Beauty & Melody provided the perfect venue. Friendly, delightful staff and knowledgeable therapists. The location is central and easy to get to. We will definitely be returning for another treat. Thank you Beauty & Melody.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Firstly when we arrived we received a very warm and friendly greeting from the extremely helpful receptionist. Who ensured our visit was both memorable and enjoyable. The facilities was luxurious and the treatments very relaxing carried out by competent friendly therapists.

The spa facilities and massage was fantastic at Picadilly. The staff extremely helpful always advising the best use of the time and what was best for me and why. I have been twice now and hopefully returning next month. Thank you for allowing me to chill and enjoy.

Professional and timely staff, serene and clean environment. The Best Jacuzzi and massage I ever had. Will definitely return and highly recommended if you desire to unwind.

It's not the first time I've been there with my daughter. SPA is well-equipped, clean, and offers pampering relaxation with competent therapists. But a special thank you to the receptionist who provided outstanding customer service for us last time.

I booked a Swedish massage for me and my partner, this came with 1hr30 mins spa access. It was amazing! My masseuse was a lady made Rosa, highly recommend! The spa host/receptionist was very accommodating and made us feel so welcomed. Would definitely go back :)

Disappointed in the service so far….I received a voucher (£110) for Beauty & Melody for my birthday. Now that I wish to redeem the voucher they are telling me that because the spa in question is under refurbishment they cannot honour the voucher - instead of simply redeeming the voucher against any one of their other spas. I am been given the run around and I am still awaiting a response to my email.

Lastminute.com, your response to my review is concerning. The main reason for purchasing extra cover / insurance is to be able to make amendments such as adding extra dates to my hotel stay, changing my flight or even needing to cancel. When I tried to do all the above your staff informed me that I was unable to amend my hotel reservation, change my flight, or cancel the booking. Though you knew I would not be able to make changes you knowingly sold me insurance. This is misrepresentation in law - when you know the product that is being sold is completely completely useless to the buyer. my review is spot-on and a warning to others not to purchase useless insurance from last minute.com.

Took my good friend in for a pre-birthday gift. The spa was really clean and relaxing. We both had a really good massage. It’s a cosy spot to unwind in a very busy Central London.
