After emailing and sending a photo they got back to me straight away and it was a Sunday - they were able to let me know which one was the right one for me. I have never experienced such phenomenal customer service that the ine Beauty and the Boutique have given me. First of all, i am entranced with Katie and Katie's videos. I feel uplifted each time. They are gorgeous, funny, honest and so entertaining to watch. The company on the other hand showed some incredible customer service that shocked me. They went above and beyond to assist me. Highly recommend Beauty and the Boutique. Fabulous customer service team, one of the best, who actually care about their customers and making sure they are happy with their purchases. Extremely informative in their rapid replies to any queries or questions asked. They offer an array of fantastically sourced beauty products which they personally trial and display tutorials to show you how to use many of their products properly. The makeup tutorials Katie provides are so simple to follow yet so helpful and effective. A great online company full of positivity and lots of individual product information provided. I discovered Beauty and the Boutique on Facebook, 10/10 for such a great beauty company and products. I recently received the Delilah Alibi Fluid Foundation after watching one of Katie’s tutorials as a free wedding gift from them after enquiring about the foundation for my wedding day. I have to say it is truly the best foundation I have ever used. Thank you so much BATB for such a kind gesture.

Katie has not only helped me decide which product is right for my skin but how to apply which has increased my confidence massively. I’ve purchased several products and loved them all apart from the Delilah foundation which was not a good colour match despite using the guide.

I came across the website by chance as it appeared on my instagram. I loved how simple the tutorial was and the tangible effects I could see on Katie. I ordered few products to be shipped to UAE and they arrived in a very cute packaging with a personal message and tips on how to use them. Since then I have reordered and reordered again. The products are of great quality, deliver the results as explained by Katie in the tutorial and I must say they have the best customer service I have ever seen. Give them a try - they are absolutely phenomenal!

I honestly cannot recommend this company enough!! The products are excellent and the customer service is absolutely amazing. Put a review up about a product called Studio10 Youth Lift Glow-Plexion because of how little you get even though the bottle looks big.The company I bought it from is called Beauty and The Boutique.Once they read my review they contacted me to offer a Refund of the £26 pound and a gift from their products of up to £50.I must point out that Studio10 is promoted on Beauty and the Boutique and I was not having a go at them personally.I just wanted to warn people about Studio10 its self.I am so grateful for the response from Beauty and the Boutique because they have gone above and beyond to put things right for me and I cannot praise their customer service enough.I will definitely order from them again in the future.Sad to see you are still selling Studio 10.The company I complained about.🙁

Outstanding customer service received today! I purchased 3 items a couple of months ago for my holiday, one of which was the nude lip serum balm. Firstly the lip balm is absolutely gorgeous, so do yourself a favour and buy it! Unfortunately I lost my lip balm on holiday a couple of weeks ago, and popped this in a comment on Instagram, not expecting anything, just stating how great the product was. I then received a lovely message from Beauty and the Boutique saying they will send me a free lip balm. What fantastic customer service that is. Buy from this company, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been buying products from them for a few years now and love what I have received so far. I also love the details they give on the product and how to use it.

My latest package was lost but customer service was great and my new parcel is on its way!

Beauty and the Boutique is my go to place to check out hints, tips and great products. It means that I can learn different techniques and then use these to apply my own makeup.

You can also purchase the products that are used in each video too so that you can see what you are buying.

B&B also have a professional makeup artist on board so you know the advice, techniques and hints and tips in the videos work. I love that if you're not sure how to apply something or blend or whatever it is you watching on the video, you can play it again and test it out for yourself. I have been able to really hone my makeup skills this way. It's like having a BFF.

The products are brilliant. They are a sensible price and they are lovely to use and great on your skin.

Turn around is quick too so you can be using your lovely new product in no time.

B&B are super friendly and lovely. Being in B&B world for me is like having my own professional makeup artist.

I'm post menopause and my skin does have signs of ageing but using the products and applying them using the learned techniques means I feel confident, fabulous and up to date.

I’ve been following Beauty and the Boutique for quite a while Katie & Katie are so inspirational to watch The techniques & knowledge are so easy to understand. After being burned by online make up purchases and promises by other companies. When I saw Katie’s Beauty and the boutique and was tempted but after being burned before I was hesitant. But watching Katie in the videos of using the actual products and tips were so helpful, I thought I give the online stuff one more try and Wow I was not disappointed. The products were exactly as shown and having the tips on how to use them from a warm friendly face who knows there stuff. Now I’m 60 I still like to wear make up and look my best but the instore service you get from other places often makes you feel like oh she’s old and unworthy. You come away feeling worse than when you went in. Well in store purchases NO MORE Beauty and the Boutique YOU are my only shop and I am so glad I’ve found you.
