Well there was a delay in the delivery…
Well there was a delay in the delivery of one of my orders due to the delivery service. I call beautyaswell directly, and they send me my order right away which I received the next day. The person on the phone has been totally understanding and resolved the issue. So that do require a 5 star.

My first choice cosmetics company

That was my comment before Beauty as well’s customer service has reached out to me and offered me a refund. I really appreciate their support as they explained to me that it might be a factory defect so I will change my rating and I will still recommend them as my first choice company for beauty products because they really care about the quality and customer satisfaction.
