Service always excellent and postage prompt. The packaging is great quality and quite often includes a hand written thank you. I always look forward to a BITB delivery and check out the new products. I cannot rate Sammy's service and products highly enough and fully support her and the cause.

Firstly, the bangle I bought is lovely. The message is not too big so it feels really personal. Secondly, the handwritten note that came with it was a really nice touch - I don’t think I have had that from anywhere else. I will definitely be back to add to my collection
