Another Irish company closes
Everytime i have used this company there have given 100% attention to me and my order. Super fast delivery and irish, which we all shouldve been supporting, you might have though other online beauty shops were cheaper, which they probarbly were not as beauty buys were the most competitive on line. So very sorry to watch another irish website seccumb to having to close, because we the customers werent supporting irish businesses enough. Im very sorry to see you go Beauty Buys because your service, competitive pricing and comprehensive website should have been enough to help you sail happily along, im so sad, best regards for your future, Cathy McKenna.

Very annoying
I've gotten several requests for review even though I asked not to be subscribed to anything. I email them and they tell me there is nothing they can do about it. It's just part of every purchase.
They're not being honest in their response. I received at least 2 emails for a review of the product. Happy to produce them for anyone that wants to see them.
They did responds quickly but they made excuses. "Transactional emails." I felt like I was being annoyed for a review, well you got it! Enjoy! If I wanted to give them a review I would have done it on the first email.
Unsolicited marketing emails in any form is a violation of the law. I will not be shopping with them again.
I also disagree, that the emails are not marketing. They want reviews that will help their marketing. Right?
I had to ask them to delete my account to ensure the annoying emails would stop.
Why do companies think it's okay to keep contacting you outside of the transaction? Requesting a review is not part of an ordinary transaction. It's something they chose to turn on.
What do they do in their response? They argue more. Yes, that's what people want from a vendor. They want to spend their day getting emails they don't and then they want to argue with them. Some of us our busy in our daily lives. Apparently they're not.
So sorry I did business with them, I won't make the mistake again!

As explained in our previous correspondence, our system automatically sends transactional emails related solely to an order’s progress — from order confirmation through to delivery. One final automated email is sent to invite customers to leave a product review. These emails are not marketing communications, and no multiple or repeated review requests were sent, contrary to what was stated in your review.
Upon receiving your request to delete your account, we acted immediately and your account was removed as requested.
We take customer privacy seriously and always aim to resolve issues swiftly and fairly, as we did in this instance. We are therefore disappointed that such a review was left, particularly as your order was delivered promptly and without issue.

The range of products they have are excellent.And I love the fact that you have the choice to buy really large size products.
Delivery is very prompt and efficient.
Would highly recommend.

I love this website!I've been using this site for years for all my haircare products. The prices are competitive and delivery is fantastically quick.I ordered Saturday and received everything on Tuesday afternoon. I' a devastated to hear they are closing to the public in February. I feel they are the best priced in terms of haircare and carry all the brands I love using for great prices.I really hope they reconsider stopping sales to the public.
