Bad customer service, no delivery

I Ordered Leg Makeup for my daughter's wedding. $50.00!!
Order placed and confirmed, and funds withdraw from my account on September 16th, 2025. The ad said 7-10 guaranteed delivery. Today is October 16th. I have reached out 3 times with one response of severe weather delays shipping. After contacting them several more times via e-mail, I was finally issued a full refund.

Not Korean - made in China and spoofing real companies

This company is posing as a real entity and your first clue is that they offer only one product packaged in two forms - an unscented and a scented variety of sunscreen for your face. Their social media and website show the sunscreen sticks with their logo. It takes weeks to arrive and then - shocker - you receive the product and it says “TOCOBO” on it instead, not Beauty by Seoul. The label on the package was stuck over one that LITERALLY said Made in China, and the return address on the label is for a company called HAIM International with a South Korea address. Too many things weren’t adding up so I reached out to HAIM and they don’t sell skincare products: They sell Botox and dermal fillers, and they don’t have a location at the address on the label. This fake company is spoofing their name and address for clout. I also emailed them roughly ten times (literally) to ask how they arrived at their SPF value and whether it was independently verified by a lab or the Skin Cancer Foundation. I requested information about returning the sunscreen sticks. I threatened them. And I never once got a reply. They are producing fake TOCOBO sunscreen sticks (the spacing is off on the lid and the writing on the box is pixelated like it was scanned from a legit TOCOBO box and printed on a fake one) and I am so angry with myself for falling for this social media scam. I also will not be using this Chinese sunscreen because God only knows what’s in it and whether it has any SPF in it at all. Stay FAR away from this scam.

Beauty by Seoul SPF company is a scam!

I placed an order on May 8th for their stick sunscreen thru an instagram ad. I paid thru PayPal. No confirmation of order from Beauty by Seoul, or info about when they would ship, no response to emails. When I tried to cancel with PayPal their response is that I can cancel November 2025. Yes you read that correctly. Beauty by soul is a scam! Please don’t order from them, they’ll just rip you off. I will be reporting them to FTC as well.
