I placed an order on August 13th and to this day, nothing has been delivered. The customer service is non-existent – no reply to any of my emails. No product, no refund, no solution.
BeautyChest is completely unreliable and treats customers with zero respect. This is unacceptable.
I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to stay away – you will lose your money and never receive your order.

It takes some time but they do deliver well
I got an e-mail I ordered but I never got an email my product was sent. When I read the reviews on trustpilot I believed I was scammed And on the day when I thought I really had to contact the company to ask the status of my order / ask my money back, there was my package! It took 10 days between ordering and delivery (to the Netherlands) but my order was packed very well and in perfect condition. So be a bit patient, even when you don’t hear from the company after ordering.

Scammers, paid for the goods and haven't received yet. No communication nothing, their email and phone don't work or they just ignore your emails and calls. Horrible company, do not order, had to contact customer rights and police.

Communication is very rude. Also you might be ignored via emails for weeks. Customer support number does not answer. Delivery timeframe given is not true. Everyone should consider buying from this shop & read the reviews first.

Returns
If you try to use your right to return an item within 14 days, your initial request will be ignored. Only after sending a reminder will you receive a link to the return policy, without any explanation. When you ask for clarification, you will be met with accusations and told to "read the whole policy, not just one line." The communication is extremely rude and disrespectful, accusing customers simply for trying to use their legal rights.
