Don't bother shopping here. Fake company. Would give Zero stars if I could. I think the address they gave on their website is the same address as a new company that popped up called Infinity warehouse. Same address, same products, same wording on everything. Only thing that has changed is the prices. They have doubled. Probably thought they'd get away with twice the takings second time round..
Scam company, they never sent the product, wont reply to any emails. The phone number listed is fake and goes nowhere. "live chat" on their website goes nowhere. The address listed on the website is s residential house-not a business. no ABN listed. this is 100% a fake scamming company. I've reported them and opened a fraud case with my bank to get my money back. If I could leave zero stars I would.
Ordered Tula product.Never arrived despite several emails asking. FINALLY receive email saying "you've received a refund" - i haven't received. I sent an email asking "when do I get my refund and why was it cancelled. Here's the response from support at beauty coquette dot com dot au... blank email, no name and no apology. They wrote: "too much crying, no worth it". Yes "no worth it" (no without the "t" by the way) I'm sure TULA would like to hear about this.
