Really regret using beautycos for these products. It’s been two weeks since I place order and must cancel a second appt at Solon as a result. They tried writing but didn’t change much. Still have no idea when it will come. Can’t track it anymore.
I received one bottle of shampoo OWAY destroyed by courier. No one message from customer service about the refund or reship with new bottle. After 1 months. Really bad service. Be careful. Sell on line in other place!

Since you have written two 1-star reviews regarding the same problem we will just answer the same on both reviews.
We are sorry that the order arrived damaged. As it is a glass bottle we have packed it in a high-end bubble wrap sachet, and we have not had any problems with it until now. It seesm like the shipping company had been especially rough with it during the transport, and we apologise on their behalf.
The package was delivered 30/11 and you write to us the same day. We respond asking for more pictures, however you had thrown it out and couldn't provide it. We started a case with the shipping company on 2/12 and they asked for a signed damage report from you. You send it back to us 4/12 and on 9/12 the shipping company confirms the case has been started. They usually have 12 business days to get back to us but due to Christimas and holidays it could take longer. You continue to ask for updates and we respond that we do not have any update from the shipping company, which is what you are calling "false kindly email". We are sorry that we didn't have a solution faster, however we need to give the shipping company time to work on the cases and it won't help if we keep asking them for updates.
We ask the shipping company for an update 2/1 and at the same time offered you a refund even though we didn't have a solution from the shipping company yet. You accept and we refund the same day.
