Trouble free ordering
Actual ordering with Beauty Expert was seamless, but I struggled with the chat option as it kept dropping out while I was trying to determine shipping costs, etc. As an existing customer. I knew if I ordered, there would be no issues that could not be rectified, so I gave up the chat and went straight into ordering online.
My product is coming from the UK as no longer available in Australia, so it may take linger to arrive than I’d prefer (they say 5-10 days so i’m trusting it will be no longer ).
As I chose the free shipping option, I consider this great service. Good job so far Beauty Expert!
