Having heard great things about Beauty from Bees, I decided to order a few products. My order was processed but then it remained stagnant for a quite few days showing “out for delivery “ on the carrier’s tracking app! I reached out to the company on a Sunday morning and was pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt response . After giving my details, I was promised that the order would be quickly looked into. Honestly I was not expecting such a quick fix but by that same day in the afternoon my package was delivered.
I have to say this was the best customer service I’ve ever received!! Helpful, courteous and efficient❣️😍
Looking forward to trying out all the products I purchased…..so far, the hairbrush is amazing, a soothing massage to my scalp, leaving my hair soft and smooth. The body serum is as excellent as all the reviews describe. I’m off to a wonderful relationship with Beauty from Bees🥰

Beauty from bees is the only product that has improved my 74 year old dry skin. I always took care of my facial skin but ignored my arms and legs. I am paying for that now. Beauty from bees has made a drastic difference in the look and feel of my skin. And their customer service is outstanding!

I bought the orange scented body serum. It felt great, but after a short while it gave off the smell of old cooking oil. Perhaps it didn’t mesh with my body chemistry. Disappointed

I absolutely LOVE these products....everything from the shampoo and conditioner, to the body care. I have been using them for a few months and am a lifelong customer. Using natural products is important to the health and these are amazing.

I absolutely love these products. I have seen such a difference in my arms and legs and in my neck. I use the body serum and its definitely making a difference in my crepiness . I wish I had before and after pictures. My next purchase will be the face products and then the shampoo.

This was my first time placing an order from this company and I'm so glad I did! I'm in my mid fifties and have some very dry skin and rosacea on my face. I purchased the night serum, the face oil and the vanilla body serum. My face is literally glowing with zero sensitivity to the product and the body serum is amazing as well. I put it on right after my shower and then try to "air" dry as long as possible then just pat dry. I will be ordering more products in the future and I'm so glad to support a Canadian company.

I bought the unscented body serum and love it. I use a little bit all over my body while I'm still standing in the shower (with the water off). It glides all over and absorbs nicely. I pat dry with a towel and it doesn't seem to transfer. Exactly as advertised. It's a great product, I will order more soon.

I recently bought lots of products of Beauty from bees and loved all them . The hair serum to use on the shower is one of my favorites , the shampoo is also excellent for my fine hair . The costumer service is always super nice and quickly on answer and the shipping is also fast ! I am super satisfied with Beauty from besides besides everything is natural which for me super important

I wanted to provide an update to my review. Since posting my concerns, the company reached out directly and worked to address the issues I experienced. They provided a full refund and took the time to listen to my concerns regarding allergen labeling.

I appreciate that they have acknowledged the importance of clearly identifying potential nut allergens and are reviewing their labeling practices to better inform customers in the future. While my initial experience was disappointing, I am pleased with the effort the company has made to resolve the situation and improve its processes.

Good customer service is often measured by how a company responds when problems arise, and I appreciate their willingness to make amends and take customer feedback seriously.
My experience with Beauty From Bees was extremely disappointing, both from a product quality and customer service standpoint.
I purchased the foundation hoping for a natural-looking product suitable for mature skin. Unfortunately, I found it to be very heavy with a pasty consistency that settled into and emphasized wrinkles, fine lines, and creases. Rather than creating a smooth finish, it highlighted the texture concerns common to a 50+ complexion.
More concerning was the lack of clear allergen warnings. I purchased the unscented body serum and experienced a rash and severe itching. While shea butter is listed as an ingredient, there is no warning that it is derived from the nut of the shea tree. As someone with a nut allergy, I was unaware of this.
My daughter also experienced intense itching from the vanilla-scented serum, to the point of bruising from scratching. Once she stopped using the product, the itching subsided.
Beauty From Bees advertises a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. When I contacted the company, they offered a refund, but only if I paid the return postage. Unless you spend over $125, you also pay shipping when ordering. The cost to return the product was nearly the same as the value of the product itself, making the refund option unrealistic. I accepted store credit instead, only to discover it was non-transferable.
For a company advertising natural products, the lack of clear allergen warnings and a customer-unfriendly return policy are unacceptable. Customers should not bear the cost of returning products that cause adverse reactions.
Until Beauty From Bees improves its allergen labelling and return policy, I would not recommend this company.

Beauty from Bees products are now the staple on my own "beauty" shelf - I love every one of them, appreciate that they are shipped so quickly, and that I’m supporting a top notch Canadian company. I now am “stocking” the body wash, body serum, foundation, mascara, eye shadow (would like more pink though!), concealer, blush, lip serum and face oil. I jus bought the summer glow serum for the first time and was happy with how it added some colour to my winter legs. Every product has delivered as promised!!

I am hooked on the body serum, shampoo & conditioner in an extremely short time! My skin & scalp have changed already & I am noticing less dryness & more smooth, silky skin.
My hair is thick, curly and at one time was red... now blondy/red/gray. The shampoo & conditioner are the best & I know it will only get better as I use the product. Thank you for the reset!

Great products! Bought the orange scented body serum , the bronze glow face serum and bronze glow body serum . Just amazing ! The orange scented body serum is so deliciously scented but not over powering . The face bronzing glow gives just the right amount of slight color slight shimmer ! All natural ingredients, made in Canada ! Love them !

I am in love with the face exfoliating powder! Makes my skin super soft. I also bought the body serum and it's lovely! Subtle scent and really soaks in well. Not greasy at all. Will definitely buy again!

The body serum was so easy to use and left my skin feeling silky smooth. I chose the vanilla scented and it is simply lovely. No other moisturizer has ever made me this happy.

Excellent no chemical products. Love the face oil and day and night serums My skin feels so soft. No breakouts. Face oil is not too oily and absorbs well. Calmed my rosecea and lightened my age spot. The body serum is amazing and helps with dry and crepey skin. Discounts are availble now and then. Well worth your money for high quality products. I will be buying these products forever.
