Chan was amazing 👏

I just completed a 2 day training with Chan at Beauty Hideout Academy in aesthetics. I really enjoyed the training, I learnt so much and I was really impressed with Chan’s knowledge, professionalism and customer service (top notch). She is also a social media guru and marketing expert and very good with IT so she can also support in that area if you need assistance. In my opinion, the best training i have had so far in my aesthetics journey has been with Chan. Looking forward to more training in the future.

I had amazing experience, the whole treatment was relaxing, serena atmosphere.
I got the result I was looking for.

Amazing teacher! Very interactive and fun session. Learned how to provide luxury facial, dermaplanning, extractions and microneedling. I have walked away as a confident practitioner. Chan is an amazing mentor x

The ambience was perfect and I had a good experience. Chan was gentle and professional with my face and I loved the result.

Dermaplaning & Feed Your Skin
I had both of these treatments with Dinah .
Dinah was incredibly good throughout the session. She is very gentle, gentle enough to put you to sleep a couple of times lol.
She did very well on my problem area ( the chin ) I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort while she was at it . According to her that was her first full face dermaplaning but she did very well seriously. I wish her all the best in her journey !

It grew my confidence, knowledge of skin and enabled me to put the theory into practice!

Chan was incredible throughout. She made me feel so comfortable and any questions I had she was able to provide the answers and was extremely informative throughout.

When doing the facials on live models Chan was there at every step. This was such a fun, relaxing, informative experience and went at a pace in which enabled me to understand.

First off the place is absolutely wow 😍 so clean and angelic. I loved everything about my session from the warm welcome to the most relaxing treatment. I felt refreshed with a new glow walking out 🥰. 10/10

To be honest I loved it, you made me feel really comfortable and no question was a silly question. I really appreciated that you were honest about how the skin specialist sector is and didn’t just tell me it’s all glitz and glamour! You really explained everything and reassured me if I needed further help that you’ll be happy to help (thank you!) but yeah overall it was great and I’ll definitely be back for more 💖

Both my partner and I came in for couples' facials, and we were both impressed by the exceptional customer service we received. Not only that, but we were also delighted with the results of our facials.

Chan helped with my skin immensely, I have uneven skin tone where my face is darker than my body, which is definitely not an issue but for me I just wanted a more even look. Chan knew exactly what to do and that was the green peel & the microneedling combination is gold!!! I definitely love microneedling the glow after is immaculate pair that with a good skin care routine. The customer service was also the best I’ve ever received so friendly and made me so confident.

My first facial in a few years and it was a great experience, my skin was glowing for hours after! I will definitely be going back

The whole experience from start to finish was extremely professional and Chan was great with answering all of my questions and concerns before the treatment and explaining the proceedure that I required. The space was clean and organised and the customer service by Chan was 10/10, she was very attentive and friendly and explained what she was doing step by step and the aftercare. I will be returning.
