I went twice for a hydrfacial and I have a huge mark left on my face. It seems the lady used very hard suction that it has damaged my skin underneath and now 6 months later the skin still hasn't healed. I had to visit 2 different dermatologist to get advice and both said my skins barrier has been compromised.

The owner has extreme attitude and is very rude!

I would never go here again

My review is not dishonest!! My facial was done by Sarah. Instead of apologising and accepting your mistake, you are calling clients a liar. Says alot about you than me.

Safe to say after your response Id never book you again and will be telling family and friends too!

Great relaxed environment with Sarah providing an excellent treatment. Lots of parking options within a couple of minutes walk and also public transport options too. Sarah is confident and knowledgeable with excellent skills to put you at ease. I love the upbeat happy background music too.

First time going to Beauty Hideout and I will definitely be going back. The whole atmosphere was lovely, I was relaxed and my skin was glowing. The icing on the cake is how lovely Chan who did my facial was, so sweet. She had promised to send me list of skin care I can try after asking me what I want to achieve with my skin and she did as she promised. Overall, it was a great first experience. I do not know much about skin care Sarah helped me to understand what the treatment does and recommended a skin care routine for when I’m at home. I will be booking again soon.

I got a facial done and it was the best! My first experience having a facial so I was nervous but the lovely lady who done my treatment was very gentle, kind and communicative. I left GLOWING with much clearer skin than I had prior to the facial. I will definitely be back - Lily x

My first experience here and what charming lovely ladies. The Deena plane was a very different treatment for me and it was thorough and my skin felt so smooth afterwards. My only comment is not having even a small sign on the door meant we spent alot if time and pressure trying to find the location which seems crazy. If they do want to be nameless then ensure you answer the phone to lost clients.

Had my 1st facial for quite some years now & was very professional & friendly technician. Good location & a very reasonable price.

I have been having an amazing treatment with chan. my last session was the herbal peel and I have noticed significant improvement. The atmosphere is very relaxing and am hoping to go for my next session.

Booked as a suprise bday gift and Chan really ensured it was lovely and even went the extra mile to get her a gift. So relaxing peaceful and amazing at what she does couldn’t recommend anyone better. Studio was clean and customer service was exceptional. Deffo will be back again.

I am really pleased with my treatments at the Beautyhideout. Chan is very knowledgeable and provided a professional service with great aftercare advice. She is also very welcoming and makes you feel very relaxed during your treatment. I was suffering from hyperpigmentation and really lost my confidence. Chan helped me restore that by recommending the best treatment for my skin. I have now booked further facials with her and would definitely recommend her for your treatments.

Absolutely amazing treatments. So many options. I did the herbal peel and my skin looked and felt beautiful after. The staff and clinicians are super friendly and helpful, they explain every step of the treatment. Highly recommend.

Amazing service with very caring staff who take very good care in your health and beauty

Prior to my treatment I was battling with serious hyperpigmentation and acne breakouts. I had a consultation with Chan who recommended the organic herbal peel.
I was skeptical initially but decided to trust her and I am so glad I did.
The 7 days down-time was the only backlash but that little sacrifice was worth it.

I'll continue trusting beauty hideout till my skin reaches perfection.... Please keep up the good work... fantastic customer service 👍
